“Can you do a no star review? Delivery just left somewhere, no accurate POD. Customer Service just fob you off. Probably great cakes etc, but no idea. If you are looking for a reliable supplier that will deliver, especially to businesses, I would recommend going elsewhere. You pay a premium for decent delivery and service and.....nothing. Such a shame, but essentially it's a people thing and they don't want to help if something goes wrong.”

“Cake was never delivered for my daughter's 19th birthday. Excused given due to 3rd party delivery and out of their control !! This is shocking ! A birthday cake ?!! It will be delivered another day?? Don't understand !”

“I ordered the Eid Mubarak Baklava cake for my family. I ordered the 8" and it fed ~9-10 people. What an absolutely stunning cake! It was beautifully presented & tasted sensational. Arrived as planned, without any damage. It's a shame this is seasonal as I would order it throughout the year because it is that good!”

“Unfortunately the Mother's Day afternoon tea never arrived as DPD seemed unable to find the address despite numerous attempts which was disappointing. I spent a lot of time on the telephone waiting to speak to you customer services trying to rectify this & although you did organise a re-delivery nothing ever turned up. I did receive a gift voucher to use for a future order which was appreciated but what I really wanted was for my 88 year old mother to enjoy an afternoon tea with my 93 year old father!”

“Good grief everything is delicious! I will never look at a 'normal' Easter egg in the same way since trying a Cutter and Squidge filled egg! The biskies are so fun and delcious and such a nice idea for gifting. I also dealt with their customer service team who were lovely - they very kindly honoured a wedding gift card that I had accidentally let expire. Great company and I'll be ordering more :)”

“Afternnon Tea package was purchased as a gift for Vegan family member. Goods arrived on time, but unfortunately after speaking to my sister she was unable to eat the scones. They were 'rock hard' like a large stone and were actually thrown away.”
