“Can someone please help me? I bought a Cube from Dailypuzzle and sent an email to return it because it was broken. This is the reply I got back. --------------------------------------- Thanks so much for reaching out to us! We have received your email and will respond as soon as possible. We are taking longer than usual to reply to emails at the moment due to a high volume of inquries. Rest assured if you have emailed us we will 100% back to you as fast as possible. Expected wait time: 2-5 businesss days Why hasn't my email been responded yet? Since we are running behind, each email is responded on a first come first serve basis- please kindly don't reply to your existing email thread again as it will reset your position in the queue. If you need to update your inquiry, please send a seperate second email with further details. ------------------------------------- I have not received a reply for more than 10 days now. Even if I wanted to contact them, I can't because it says that if I send the email again, the order will be replaced. There is no phone number listed on the site either. I am very distrustful. What should I do? If I don't do anything, the 30 day return period will be over. I think this is a very bad company.”

“I should never have trusted this business. I ordered more than a month ago, I received an almost empty box without the item I purchased and they don’t reply to my emails. I have to dispute the payment now.”

“Placed Oder and paid full in 1st Aug 2022 ($62). still not get items so far (10aug2022) Sent emails many times and sent facebooj message but still not get any responses. Unable to contact them.. so disappointed”

“1 month, I've been waiting 1 month to finally see that my package was refused by Australia post. I live in a french county so my mail format was not correct so it's my fault. But They have taken 15 days to even send the order! And because that I can't even have a refund for the cube.”

“I am yet to have my order shipped; i have contacted customer service 3 times and didn't get a response; Finally when i posted a comment on Facebook they finally responded. Finally they said the order is ready and it will ship asap. 3 days later; i still can't see that it has shipped.”

“I bought several cubes from this company. They are based in adelaide and I live a few km's from them. The last order took 10 days and I missed a birthday present. If they walked the cube to me it would have been quicker. When I contacted the company to ask for explanations, they did not respond, and when I followed up with more emails, they were also ignored. This company does not offer express post or click and collect on their website, and there are no other ways to purchase. 1 star based on very poor customer service, zero communication and extremely slow shipping. If the company sees this review, I am the person who has been trying to contact them via email for the past week.”

“Item hasn't arrived and customer service is terrible. No phone number, very very slow to answer emails, and the answer is that they are 'hopeful' it will turn up!!! No actual action taken to solve the issue.”
