“Just received a size 16 shirt dress and omg it’s sooo small ! The arms are so tight and I would have to go up at least two sizes to get a decent fit.”

“Sizing is random, I bought the same dress in 3 different colours, one is great, but the other two; one doesn’t do up, and the other has a belt that is half the size of the others so not wearable. I emailed them immediately and no response.”

“Like others I love the cut and style of these dresses, but have made the mistake of falling for clever photography and editing that doesn’t show the cheap synthetic quality of the fabrics they use and quality of stitching. I was so disappointed when they arrived - they felt horrible on and am sure they would make you sweat buckets :-/ such a shame. Also no free returns so you pay postage both ways to try them. Won’t be lured in by instagram ads again!!”

“Very quick dispatch and delivery. I have always received what I bought and dealing with return and customer service has always been hassle free, easy and prompt. However I find the prices quite expensive for the quality of the clothes. Sizes seem irregular - the same size sometimes fits and some others doesn't... Designs are different and I always get lots of compliments when wearing their dresses. I only buy from their sales section, which can at times be still expensive.”

“The customer service here is amazing. I emailed with an issue/ problem and Oli emailed me to say he had resolved this and even upgraded my request for free as it was my birthday. It’s service like this that makes a business. Would 100% buy from here again. Thanks again Oli!”

“I bought the maxi shirt dress in a size 14 (from ebay). Lovely dress but absolutely massive - easily a large 16. It has gone to a charity shop now as just too big all over and I am no skinny minnie! So, the maxi shirt dress imho runs very large.”

“I totally disagree with the negative comments. Yes you do have to pay for postage and returns but the clothes are exceptional value. My friend recommended the brand to me just over 3 weeks ago. In the last 3 weeks I have ordered 8 items. Only had to return one. The comments I have had when I wear a piece are overwhelmingly complimentary. I think the quality and prints are exceptional. I cannot get enough of this brand. Everything I have ordered has been a size 10 or s/m no disparity at all between sizing. Dispatch has been always same day with the items arriving the next day or the day after that. I don’t think I have ever paid postage as it’s free over £50. There’s nothing negative I can find. I check every other day to see if there is anything new in.”

“Terrible quality clothing - badly made and appalling material - cheap and nasty polyster. Customer service was dreadful - no returns print out, no acknowledgment of returns nor of repayment. No contact number on website or means of speaking directly to customer services. When they finally replied to me, at least the money had been repaid. However, the whole experience has left me with a bad taste - Dancing Leopard is (at best) an extremely amateur retailer.”

“Really low quality, buttons hanging off and fabric already has bobbles on before it has even been washed. I've ordered from them a few times to check it's not just one off items and I really like the designs! I will not being ordering from them anymore as the quality is really terrible. I'd understand if they were cheaper but they charge £45-£50 for a dress and I've had £20 dresses in much better condition. Such a shame as the designs are so nice!”

“I brought a leopard print shirt and when i saw it i thought it was amazing. It fit well but the first day i wore it two holes appeared in the fabric and split as the day wore on. The holes were not even over seam but next to there the button holes were sown. I took the shirt off and noticed the bottom of the shirt had frayed at the back as well. I had the shirt for several weeks before i wore it so it was too late to send back. I expected much better quality for a shirt that cost just shy of £40. I has wanted to buy several items of clothing from Dancing Leopard as i really like their designs but sadly i will not purchase anything from them again”
