“We have ordered 6 bareroot roses at a time. The first two batches worked out fine. The last were sent very late in the season. In spite of taking all the same precautions planting them, they didn't survive. We have now been trying to exercise the warranty for about 5 weeks. It appears they are hoping we give up. They have requested multiple photos of the dead roses.”
