They sent a message that they will deliver but never showed up. They claim that they had trouble calling me, yet there was no message or anything. They a full of nonsense. It took them forever to explain to me where exactly my parcel is after failure to deliver.

Dawn Wing does not even deserve 1 rating they are pathetic to the core. They will lie and say they attempted to deliver and no one was home while you were at home. They are also not reachable you hold until your airtime is depleted. I will never ever again stores that uses them

This company does not even deserve 1 star. Only because I can't give 0. Extremely bad service and they take EXTREMELY long to deliver. Such a disappointment

I have been waiting for a parcel since 2nd December 2020. UA505009800 There are about 10 transactions on the tracking document. The last addition states "postal code incorrect" Goodness knows what the process is but its obvious it is'nt very efficient. After a week of trying to contact you telephonically I managed to get the phoned answered about 10 minutes ago (4pm) only to have the phone put down in my ear as soon as it was answered. I tried again this time with success. The operator used the Black Friday very busy excuse and when I asked her to confirm my delivery address she put the phoned down!!!! and you say you record the calls for quality purposes. I suggest someone listens to them...........

Very poor customer service and they commit fraud on their website, you pay for a service and then they tell you after you've paid for that service that they can't deliver that service this is the second time I'm going through this with them and they have yet to refund for the extra service I've paid FOR THE FIRST TIME..... Useless courier service... STAY AWAY!!!!

I would not recommend Dawn wing courier company . You can not contact them on any available number. Tracking is a joke. Call back service do not function. Waiting a week for a parcel from Cape Town to East London. You're management need to sit down and review the problems we as a client have. I recommend you first start with answering the phone before excepting money from a client. Please look at the shop rite checkers delivery system why is it working and maybe you can learn some best practise from a simple model. Maybe start reaching out for guidelines in how to run a business where service delivery are a priority. Maybe the boss is too fat too fit in his car to see what the real worker is doing. Pull you're finger out of you're ass and do something stop eating Kentucky and start working

Absolutely disgusting service! I have never seen such a shambles of a delivery company and anyone who uses their services is only letting their own business down! Wait and wait for delivery and their vehicle breaks down and they can't be bothered to get another vehicle to deliver, but somehow it can be taken back to the branch. Then you can't speak to a supervisor, probably because they know how rubbish their own service is! Please don't use this waste of a service!

Vendor used Dawn Wing for the third time sending order to me......first two deliveries they changed the address and said they "couldn't deliver because address does not exist".......third order......LOST. Told vendor to drop Dawn Wing ..else I will go somewhere else for goods

Absolutely incompetent. Cannot get the address right after 4 tries and even changed it on their own to another province. I am still waiting for my delivery. I agree with the person who said they will not buy from retailers who use them. Last time I buy from Edgars online.

Dawn wing is the worst delivery service in South africa. It's a shame when retailers use them. I actually won't even buy from these retailser again just so that I don't have to deal with the pathetic service from dawn wing. Every single time I've had an issue with them. If it's not their bad attitudes , it's their incompetence. Their drivers are extremely lazy and never want to do their jobs. They don't call before delivery or even show up but update their system as failed delivery , when they haven't even attempted it. They deserve a 0 rating!

Poor customer service. The delivery was delayed and when I made an enquiry nobody took accountability, I'm really appalled as I am still waiting for my order and nobody gave me a proper response as to when I will receive my order.

Worst service ever! Waited for my parcel all day yesterday only to find out that it has been returned because “contact not available”. Today, same thing happened. I just learned now from the tracking website that my parcel has been returned once again for the same reasons… both these times I was available and received no call to be notified that they’re outside!

What went right? Useless service, not only on delivery but at your call centre. Rude and inexperienced. There is no such thing as management or supervisors. Might as well close your doors. Appauling service.
