After getting a notice that the "so-called robot" made a mistake in sending my package to an unknown address- I asked for a replacement to be sent. Instead I got a lecture about how I was at fault... which was totally hostile and unnecessary; this is what I tried to respond to in their review section , see below: "Ridiculous- so-called "robots" amounts to some idiot behind a keyboard obfuscating normal communication or responsibility for their flubbing up! "it" sent package without an address and had to be sent back- and I had to wait for this "robot" (idiot) to recognize their fault and resent product back to me- taking 2 weeks in the process- without taking responsibility or apologizing for "it's" fault, and passing it off as my mistake, and placing blame on me! Idiotic!!! this is "it's response": "YOUR AN @--(edited for wholesome content) HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this amateur company run by idiots, not robots...

Ordered the Dbrand MKBHD icon pack skins for my new M1 Macbook Pro. Ordered it on December 4th 2020, and received it 01/09/2021. Waited so long time but guess what...The skin size is smaller than the actual M1 macbook size. Also the skin is looks like they kinda print the graphics on a paper..and that's it. Really Really not worth $50. I feel like I just got scammed and can't belive MKBDH actually approved this. He's one of my favorite youtuber and I didn't expect it from him and Dbrand. Pathetic.

They are very pricey. I ordered skin for iphone 12 pro max . They sent me 12 mini. Contacted custcare. No response. Dont buy.

The worst thing to get sticker is not even good. No purpose in sending back due to price so I guess I'll keep it.

Skins are ok I guess, but for a company located in Canada they need to be charging their Canadian customers in Canadian funds. This is simply a cash grab for them. A $50USD order ends up costing a Canadian customer almost $68CAD with the exchange and the the credit card company charges another 2% to convert the money. It's absolutely absurd!!

Amazing customer service! Ordered a new skin for my phone and it was lost in mail so they quickly sent out another. After receiving it I realized I ordered the wrong size and they worked with me to correct that as well. They were always quick to respond and always had a solution I was happy with.

Customer service was exceptional and their concern for customer satisfaction by refunding me 10% of my order cost due to order backlog was very cool. Plus I love robots.

My order had a small defect due to shrinkage after manufacturing and Dbrand replaced my skin. Without any issues. Fully satisfied with their products and customer service.

My stolen delivery was very distressing, I did not know who would help but Dbrand Instantly supported me within hours reassured me that they would send a replacement.

I've purchased a couple skins now. On my last purchase I had a discrepancy between what I was charged and what I thought was my invoice total. Being that they are located in Canada I assumed their currency was too. Not only did they address my concern in a timely matter. They went above and adjusted the currency difference for me and refunded the difference. Something they were not obligated to do. I will continue to show my support to dbrand. Thank you

I have recently purchased a Dbrand phone case with a skin. I am very happy with the product I received. The packaging was great and it was better than the packaging I got with my actual phone. The instructional videos on how to install the case and apply the skin were very helpful. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend a Dbrand case to anyone with a phone.

How tf do they have an average rating of 2.58?? They'll literally fix your issues within 24 hours and replace products even though some of it is the customer's fault. I live all the way across the other side of the world from where the products are shipped from, yet I receive all my orders within 7 days despite the pandemic. The skins themselves are well made and though I typically switch them out every 6 months, I can see them lasting a minimum of two years, granted you install them correctly. The textures are amazing and they do help you grip your devices better, not to mention they look really good. They protect from scratches and allow you to place your devices on surfaces you normally would not place them on. A 10 out of 5.
