Ordred a smeg double built in oven , hob and smeg buit in microwave total cost £1,500 . We were having a new kitchen fitted on 3rd jan 2019 so i arranged delivery from debenhams plus for 28th dec so all appliances would be here ready for installation all items remained packaged and stored in an empty room in our house. Unfortunatley our fitter was taken ill so this delayed the job . When we unpackaged the oven for the electrition to fit there was a large bulge in the back of the oven. I immeadiately rang debplus . They set up a case and would contact me through email. Over the next week i was asked to send photos of damage which i did several times despite them confirming they had recieved them initally 😡 They have refused to inspect , replace or refund as the timescale from delivery to reporting the damage was too long . Im now left with a cooker costing £685 thats too dangerous to fit as we cant see if internal components are damaged . I would avoid this company at all cost . I certaintly will never order from them again .

I have never had such bad service, not delivered when booked twice, Customer service terrible, i am still waiting for refund, fortunately bought with credit card so will at least have some protection from that. Ordered from Argos as i should have in the first place. Debenhams should be ashamed.

Cancelled the order within 4 days as delivery was changed with out me being told. no refund on goods has been 21 days now

debenhams dishonest online shop i ever seen in my life i bout ipad mini 4 online from debinhams plus wich the price was £309 payed and they took my mony i was waiting for dlivery after 4 days get an email sory we cant send you this ipad you have chose somthing eals or pay £91 more i had no choice they cancil my order iam still waiting for my mony refound , so adive everybody dont buy anything from them. dishonest scamer frouder trap .

Total fraud do not order from this company they rip you off not the real deal and no customer service. BUYERS BEWARE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER!!!!!!! Fake company!

I have been paying a direct debit of £2.99 per month to a company that I did not recognise; having stopped the payment I have received an email which has enabled me to discover that it was for product insurance. We NEVER take out insurance; speaking to the insurers (the name on the DD) I asked whether it was an 'untick' type agreement, i.e., the insurance cover is set as a default and you have to untick the box. The customer assistant said that this was the likely situation, but I should speak to Debenhams Plus. I wanted to telephone to discuss this with Debenhams Plus, but there are no suitable numbers on the documentation. It transpires that we have spent £80.07 on a product that cost £130, and we now no longer use. Take care.

Paid for a Saturday delivery to be told my item will not arrive until Monday. What a shambles this company is and their promises mean nothing. I will be ot on Monday when they said my parcel is to be delivered. Parceforce had this item early Saturday morning and was not put on the van. What a joke you are.

They sent me a faulty dehumidifier that leaked all over the floor, & then proceeded to treat me with the worst customer service (next to Houzz) that I have ever experienced. No exaggeration- I would give zero stars if possible. They eventually collected the machine a few days ago and I've had to open a bank dispute to get my money refunded. Avoid- there are more ethical businesses out there to deal with that treat a customer with politeness and respect. Seriously disgusted.

The customer service I received was just wonderful!! My package was a day late and when I rang to speak to someone they tracked down my package for me. It was delivered the next day and my delivery fee was refunded. Thank you!

Got to say your online delivery service it's an absolute joke and to say im annoyed is an understatement. After spending over £500 and subscribing to Next Day Delivery at an Extra Cost, for me to be told it's not arriving on that day and will be a further 2 MORE DAYS. 2 DAYS LATER I receive another email to say my item will not be delivered on that day but will be ANOTHER further 2 DAYS. So after initially ordering my item for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, it's actually took you 7 bloody days(SO FAR THAT IS). I will wait till the So-called exspected delivery on Friday but I'm not holding my breath. I've never known a so called large retail outlet to be so poor when it comes to customer care!!!! 😠

I will never do business with them again. A totally unpleasant experience. Dehumidifier faulty & leaked everywhere and getting a replacement or refund frustrating. Rude and angry customer service treating me like I'm trying to con them. They still have my money, and I am trying to have the faulty machine returned, so I'm the one whose actually been conned. I've opened a bank dispute to get my money back so that I can buy another one somewhere else. Oh, they also insisted I use the warranty with the manufacturer to sort the damaged product problem out. Fobbing me off with the fact that that they delivered a faulty item. I've never heard of that??? Talk about chancers... if it wasn't so upsetting it'd be a joke.

Quite surprised/confused that I received really decent customer service, considering all the negative reviews on here I was dreading dealing with the returns process but after getting a dodgy Electriq TV from them I requested a return and sent them pictures of the problem, took a few weeks but they sent someone to collect it and on the same day I got an email saying the refund had been processed. Not saying this redeems them as a company as people are clearly having a LOT of problems with them, and I find the fact they are just Buy It Direct/Appliances Direct/Laptops Direct paying to use the Debenhams brand to imply quality is quite sketchy, but my experience was pretty smooth.

Debenhams Plus are backed by 'Buy it Direct' 'Laptops Direct' 'Appliances Direct' who are a total waste of time, their customer service and customer care is dreadful. Twice they lost my delivery and each time they would not give me a refund or any alternative for the whole time it took to process this, I waited a week each time and they held my cash.

The worst customer service EVER. Stay away. A Smeg fridge delivered faulty, they won't let us return it. I explained I didn't want it fixed as a brand new item should not be faulty. They said if a engineer confirmed the fault they would let us return it, the engineer without our permission fixed the fault and now they are saying we can't return it. I have never felt so cheated in my life. I am calling our credit card company to report fraud as they won't let us exercise our customer rights. Good luck to everyone else.

Bought £400 "gaming" laptop. Turned it on and it was struggling to run google chrome... Returns cost money so spent £14 to get it shipped back. Only to now receive an email that I would only get £30 refunded... What a joke.

Ordered a tumble dryer to deliver to home on 28th December. Waited in all day just in case it did not deliver in the advised time slot, only to find they had not even bothered to put the item on the truck that day. A nightmare getting in touch with either Debenhams or Arrow XL. Still not idea when I will get this, so will have to cancel order and wait for them to be bothered to credit the money back to me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR ARROW XL

Another scam to add to the others disgusting reviews below. How can a company like this be allowed to rip customers offs and not deliver to their terms and conditions. There customer service is shocking and no manager available to speak to. One for trading standards, what do I tell my son on Christmas day???????????
