I do not understand all the negative reviews lately. I ordered my goods from Deciem for the first time in my life and received them soo quickly minding that we’re in the middle of a pandemic and all the products were in a perfect condition. Nothing missing. Customer service is there and it is great and very helpful. About the tracking issue - yes, i couldnt track my order for a couple of days too but after that i was able to track it just fine. Dont leave negative reviews just because you’re impatient. Very good company! Keep it up P. S the packaging is dirty because it got dirty in my bag. It arrived completely normal and clean

Very suspicious online credit card activity after purchasing products from their website. Reported to Visa.

Placed my order (and paid) more than a month ago and so far no notice of the products. Customer service do not answer even after trials and its impossible to contact them. Desperate that I won´t get my money back.

It says my product was delivered on the website but I STILL haven't gotten it and no body ever is available for customer service. Terrible experience. I still haven't gotten a refund either. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Customer service is non existing! I placed my order 29 November, 3 messages until today and still no products or reply 🤷‍♀️ So, so disappointed...

If I could give a zero to the review, I would definitely do that. I did not receive the package of my purchase. The customer service is just a decoration. You can only call them between 11am-2pm per day. During this time period, 90% of the chance, you will be automatically disconnected because of the "high volume of call we received". They don't have an email address so I can't file a missing package claim with USPS. The only "customer service" they provide are the sales who allure you to buy their products. An absolutely wasting of my money.

Never received my order even after getting shipping confirmation. Have been waiting for weeks !!! Impossible to get hold of anybody as there seems to be no real customer service and no-one to contact ! Really disappointed because I really loved the concept and ideals of this company and what I thought they stood for.

Payment was apparently declined but they took the money from my account. Is this for real?? They said there was a problem with the postcode but there wasn’t. Seems like a scam.

if I could, I would give a minus star. I love their products but when it comes to customer service..... oh, mama! really! it's a pain! I have tried to order directly from Deciem website for several times, during the years. Every time the delivery took about 2 to 3 weeks. This time, it's been 4 weeks already and I cannot find my delivery anywhere. Deciem says they delivered it, DPD says they did not receive it. It's a complete mess and I am paying. Deciem is not replying to any of those customer service phones and of course to any of the emails I have wrote to them. So, basically, I have paid 100 euro for ..nothing + a lot of stress. I will never again order from Deciem. I am very disappointed and, right now, in peace with the fact that I lost 100 euro.....

After ordering my items they were delivered within 5 days (even in the circumstances). I love these products and would definitely order again!

I've been using the foundation serum for years, like it, but wrote several years ago to say the bottle is defective - that it sprays the product all over my bathroom. I got no response. Continued to use it, being careful to hold it directly on a make-up sponge to avoid wrecking the white tiles in my bathroom. Recently, however, it sprayed up and spotted a white tee-shirt I love. After I couldn't get it off, I wrote to the company. They asked for pictures - though I don't know why - since they replied that they aren't liable for their products, telling me others soaked clothes that had the same problem in cold water with detergent. I tried everything, making several stabs at soaking my shirt in water with bleach, running it repeatedly through the dishwasher - all to no avail. I was offered a paltry 15% discount on their site, which would do nothing to compensate for a $38 shirt that had been wrecked. I kept on them as I hated the responses, but have to conclude they are irresponsible, refusing to come up with a bottle that doesn't cause damage - and writing defensive emails. I've never had a company be so uncaring about their products or image.

I ordered directly from deciem website and after a long shipping period all of the items in my order were broken. The box was soaking wet from the broken items and I cut my finger on glass when opening the box. I’m so disappointed because there’s no way for me to contact anyone with customer service.

Went to the store in NYC 6 months ago and very disappointed with the service and I was surprised with my last 3 visits from 3 different NY stores the Few past weeks as everything changed in terms of service and store experience. Whatever Deciem did to fix this, I totally salute and keep it up! Everyone was helpful and able to help me and fiancé with our needs. Stores looks great and will definitely come back! Happy to purchase my first NIOD product.

They didn’t help me much when I didn’t receive the delivery which marked as delivered. They just said they called delivery company and asked me to call them again or ask neighbors which I did, otherwise pay and order again. After filing the dispute with my bank, they contacted me for a refund or send item again which is too late. Douglas didn’t have what I was looking for so I used this for the first time and this, I’ll never use Deciem again.

Their cosmetics is, beyond any doubt, the best affordable cosmetics on the market right now. However, their customer service is horrible. Due to their mistakes, I have overpaid custom's service in my country for 2 out of 3 orders. So I've decided to buy their products from resellers rather than directly from them. Very unprofessional!

I ordered some products through deciem web site. I had the order confirmation and requested to ship the order to one of their branch for pick up. I have been waiting but no further info from deciem. Suddenly I received an email saying my order has been cancelled as I did not pick up my order within 3 days. I was surprised. How do I know my order is ready to pick up if they do not contact me. When I call the store, the staff requested me to go right away in order to honour the Nov sale discount. Another surprise. It is their system fault, not mine. I have my own schedule too and life too. Absolutely no customer service. What a shame!!! They do have good products but definitely the way they deal with customers is to push them away and frustrated them
