“Would give zero stars if possible. Awful service. Bought a groupon for this company, placed order, nearly 2 weeks on no item received. Contacted them (no phone number just a Gmail address) reply received. Item arrived next day.
Did another order via groupon, same thing, 2 weeks no item. Email them. Fet a rely saying it will be dispatched. 6 days later, nothing. Had to put in a claim to both groupon & paypal for refund.
Avoid like the plague!!”

“I ordered a photo canvas from Deomatters. The photo canvas took 2 and a half months to arrive after I placed the order, and when it did arrive it was scuffed in many places and not properly stretched over the canvas. The ink Decomatters uses rubs off from the photo canvas onto anything it comes into contact with. I complained to Decomatters about this, but they say that is normal for their photo canvases. I have thrown the photo canvas away! Absolute garbage of a product.”

In January 2021 I purchased an ' Acrylic and Alimimium' Door Sign and was delighted with it, it looked very smart alongside my front door.
However, 16 months on it has deteriorated so badly that I have had to remove it.
I have contacted DecoMatters customer services 3 times and they refuse to replace or reimburse me saying the sign is out of its 1 year warranty.
The item is described as, and I quote 'perfect for external mounting on your home, beautifully made and made from Acrylic and Aluminium Metal.'

This sign is obviously faulty, not fit for purpose, does not comply to your advertising and does not conform to current sales and trading standards.
It would appear that other customers have had the exact same experience and problem yet you continue to advertise it on your website.

“I ordered a canvas for my dad of a photo of me and him, and when I received it they had sent me the wrong photograph. The picture I received is not only wrong, but is a picture of a lady with her boobs on display. I tried to contact them many times but their customer service is non existent. Now I have an A2 sized picture of a random lady with her tits out in my kitchen.”

“Glass house sign. Just 13 months after delivery, so is just out of warranty period, black tape on Decomatters house sign has peeled away and sign is now unreadable. Because it’s out of warranty Decomatters refuse to do anything. Dreadful quality and customer service!”

Masks were rubbish quality they marked and the colour came away also if touched
The string they supplied wasnt enough plus it wasnt the correct type of string they supplied (thick jewelery making stuff)
They dont answer emails to sort the problems out

“Brought 3 wowcher codes for discounted canvases.. had to pay £7 delivery on EACH of them and they packaged and sent them all together anyway! Emailed them to be told it’s preparation packaging and weight of item.. £21 for 1 parcel that was about 1kg in weight. AVOID! Con artists.”

“Having read these reviews I was worried about buying a voucher through Wowcher to use with Decomatters. However, the cost of the voucher was small enough that I decided to risk it and I'm glad I did! The photo canvas I ordered came very quickly, it was undamaged on arrival (despite what I hear everywhere about parcels being treated roughly by courier companies) and it's beautiful! A really good quality product.”
“Sign came after paying £7.95 for delivery after Wowcher purchase on top of that price and sign has all spatters off white paint around the number. Also the number has been out in outside rather than inner so will get stained etc!”
