“I just unboxed my wall sconces and neither one of them will work. I bought brand new batteries made sure I was assembling everything correctly but they won’t light up. I am very disappointed especially since they had such a good recommendation.”

“Packaging was awful and portion of the top shelf was damaged. Jigsaw required to shave the side of the bottom shelf to make it fit within the frame. Instructions were seriously lacking. I will never order from this company again!!!”

“Typicaly very happy with everything I get and I get A LOT. Unfortunately though I am asked to do a review on an item I not only paid for but I haven't even received it. I have asked about shipping and I'm told it shipped but order checker on the website shows as processing. I have sent a screenshot of that too but I get the same response back so I honestly feel like my request are not actually read. So disappointed 😞”

“I got the I don’t know box to try the company. I should have read the reviews concerning the previous I don’t know box. It is not a good value and in fact I most likely paid double for the items. I can verify at least one item would have only been $12 bc I received one pillow and there are two almost identical on decor steal for $24.”

“It kind of pains me to write this review. I really like decor steals and have been happy with past purchases. On Labor Day I snagged the fall surprise box….I was kind of excited by the idea of a surprise box and thought for the $99 surely something I’d use to decorate….unfortunately I was quite underwhelmed by my box. I do not think I would chance buying a box of items unseen again. I will use maybe one item from the box and give away the rest. The “value” of the box, based on what I received, was definitely hyper inflated. I think the retail price for all the items I received would total the $99 that I paid. Just not a “great steal” that I will chance getting again. I will not purchase a surprise box again.”

“The 3-tiered cake stand (the main reason I bought this deal), arrived broken. Customer support kindly shipped me another box for free without having to return everything. The stand in the 2nd box was broken in such a way that I cannot piece the 2 sets to combine into one that works. The upper tiers wobble and move without anything on them and lean too much when I do put something on them. All 6 pieces are very chipped and crumbly. The only item I may get some use out of in these boxes is the pumpkin pie container. But even 2 of those are not worth what I spent. Unfortunately, this is the first and last time I will buy from Decor Steals.”
