“I really love their products, however they take forever to process orders… if they advertise a product and you order (months prior to a holiday) don’t expect to get it prior to that holiday.”

In most cases we ship within 3 business days; some items take a bit longer though (forgive us for unexpected Delays), in which case this will be called out within our Listing. Honestly, we try to get your Steals to you as quickly as possible! We don't want your items just sitting in a warehouse, we want you to enjoy them! “Decor Steals, You put on your website about making 4 payments with PayPal yes you can do that, but your going to pay high interest rates. The only way the customer can do this is if they spend a $99.00 or more and then they can make six months interest free payments, but if they miss a payment, they will be charged interest on that missed payment. I just want you to know that you shouldn't tell customers that they can make 4 payments with PayPal that's true, but you need to tell them that will be with interest it must be $99.00 or more to make those payments which can be 4 payments, or they can stretch it out to six payments which is more convenient for the customer. I just don't like to seed a customer fall into paying high interest fees if there not careful. Thank You!”

“I'm not happy with this purchase. You can tell it's not made in the USA by the painting of Santa's face ! If you really look at it his eyes aren't right for us ! I'll keep it and will repaint him too make him an American 🎅.”

“Not very happy. The table, which is the largest item is extremely defective. I asked for replacement and was told it was not possible . They gave me a 35.00 credit for my next purchase. Wow. So generous. Sure cant get another table for that.”

“They are very pretty. But the glass part is plastic so it take’s away the beautiful lantern . One lantern stays lite all night the others do not. They are both very pretty thought. However”

“The merchandise was fine. The delivery took a long time: did not leave their warehouse for well over a week instead of the "within 3 days" promised. Just be prepared to wait, if not don't order here.”

“The bench is solid, but the color is a off white/yellow-ish color. I’ve covered it up with pillows and a throw, but definitely not to my liking. There is also a satin taht runs along the front side of the seat.”

“These are definitely a Monet type piece. From 10ft away they are awfully pretty. Get up closer and you can see the cheap labor and materials that went into these. Mine have gaps and mismatched colors on the corners. The wood is soft and splintering. I guess you get what you pay for.”
