“I ordered 2 snowflakes garlands and one arrived with 2 broken snowflakes. I emailed customer service with a picture. They responded in a timely manner and offered a refund because they were sold out. I plan to use the other garland in a winter scape after Christmas.”

“This tabletop clock fits in well with my vintage, semi-farmhouse decor. The ticking sound is very faint. The only downside is the metal housing is quite rough in spots, but since you don't have to handle it very often, its not much of an issue.”

“Deer are beautiful except one had a small chip out of the leg. I was able to glue most of it back. Wasn’t worth the head ache of the return process.”

“Decor Steals is really hit or miss. The fall 2022 box was great. However, with other orders, some things come broken or look cheap (fall wreath).”

“I love all the pieces in my box. So pretty!! Unfortunately, the half-moon table does not stand up straight!! I can't put anything glass on it for fear of it tipping over. It is very wobbly. Everything else is amazing!!”
