“Buyer Beware. I ordered a faux tree then realized the quality was not worth the price. I tried to cancel the order, but Decor Steals does not allow immediate cancellations. When I inquired about returning the unopened package, I was told they would deduct $30 from the refund. Why on earth do I have to lose $30 on something I don't have?? I had always liked Decor Steals, but the past few orders I have received had either damaged or broken items. Prices seem to increase but the quality decreases. Sorry Decor Steals, you just lost a long time customer.”

“I would love to review the item I purchased on May17, but after three weeks, I just received tracking information showing I won’t receive my item until June 17. This was supposed to be a graduation gift, and having to wait an entire month for an item paid for by credit card is ridiculous, I don’t care the excuse. The $5 shipping rate is great, but customers should be given the option to expedite their purchases and Decor Steals really needs to find a better system for fulfillment.”

“I really should have looked at the measurements before purchasing these. I cannot believe these sold for the amount they did. Usually decor steals is very reasonable. When these arrived they were way smaller than I ever anticipated. I’m the photos they looked much larger. They’re so small they won’t work for the space I had planned for them. So now I feel like I’m just out $50. Shipping time was snail slow speed”

“I bought a forged floor lamp for $150.00. The only way to turn it on or off is to use a switch on the cord . This means you must reach to the floor each time you use it. The shade they provided is very cheap looking, clips on to a wire, is ridiculously large for this lamp. They refuse to post this negative review on their site to warn others. New price: $200 Beware of this junk”

“I have contacted Decor Steals numerous times to let them know I have not received this order. Both through the website and by phone. I left detailed messages. I ordered on April 15. On 22 April, I received an email stating my order was ready to ship, now here it is 6 May, and it still shows a label was created. Today I received an email asking me to review my purchase. I think this shows very poor customer service.”
