“The first on-line payment failed without a proper explanation. Checked with my bank. No problem. then, had to make a call.”

Thank you for taking the time and posting a review. Unfortunately there could be numerous reasons why online payment fail, sometimes it can even be just as simple as the internet connection dropped for that split second and the returning bank don't show any explanations, but happy that you managed to sort payment out with ourselves.
