If you are a business person that travels far and wide, then the Dell is the only option I would recommend. A broken laptop is a disaster and you need help you need it now! No-matter what country you are in! I bought the business 4 year +2years support package and when I did need help they were brilliant. None of this crap about sending your laptop away for a repair. No. Within 24hrs I had an engineer on site to repair the laptop. Even if he did have trouble finding me. But that is another story. I work in forestry throughout Europe so I have always bought the Latitude range which is excellent, especially the way they stand up to the abuse that I put them through. Repairing harvesting machines in the middle of nowhere and clambering up mountains is not something that most laptops have to put up with but for us, it is part of the course including having the laptop being dropped and regularly banged! What really impressed me was the way Dell dealt with a serious problem that happened a couple of months ago. I am at the end of my service contract. I have had the laptop for 5 years. I suddenly had a reoccurring problem that Dell could not sort so after a lot of fault finding sessions they decided to replace the laptop with a similar model free of charge. No arguments. No petty forms to fill in just a professional service. – Your Dell does not work- We cannot find the fault - you have coverage – here is a new laptop! With that kind of service I will always stick with Dell and I will tell to my friends, family and business associates. Okay they are not the cheapest but it all depends on what you want and need.

I am now using my second Dell Laptop in 6 years, I believe the product is great but is let down by the service especially as I paid an extra $400 plus for premium service. I can't get help and they have closed my task request. That's disappointing.

The man on the other end was very patient with me. He was very kind. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their automated system originally connected me to the wrong department and had me on hold for an extra 15 minutes or so.

New Inspiron is fast. It was easy to set up and everything loaded well and is working. The one complaint I have is about the quality of the CD tray. This is a flimsy cheap tray. I give it about 6 months and it will be broken. I have always bougth Dell computers but the last two I go just seem to be made with much cheaper components

Bought a new 8950 xps ..almost 3 grand desktop...never seen such a cheap build quality right down to the power button that turns it on....I've had several Dell pcs over the years and none were like this one.....last one I had i got almost 7 years from it....don't think that this one will last that long.....don't buy into the hype ....should have built my own

I love Dell Laptops but I have been trying to get help with migrating data from my old Laptop to the new Laptop their Technicians have put me off or given me inappropriate links and now the 6 months I paid for has finished and I can't get a useable response

I really like the Dell Inspiron 7506 laptop, I have had it for 5 months. It is very fast to load web pages. My only complaint is the key board. I hate the white backlit letters. They are almost impossible to see. I have to try to shade the keyboard whike using. This is only good at night with the room lights turned off. Wish I would have known this prior to purchasing.

Bought a new dell inspiron 15 5502, during daylight hours I could not see the keyboard. At night the keyboard back light light worked fine. You must shut down the backlight manually (F5, press twice ) during ambient daylight to see the visible silk screen keys. The back light is on at all times. Not very energy compliant They could not even afford to put an auto ambient light sensor switch in. Support didn't have a clue.

I ordered a 27 inch Alienware monitor from Dell December 31st with a item shiping in 3-4 days and that I’d recieve everything by the 10th of January. Unfortunately the delivery day was changed a couple times and it seemed my order was always in production. Nonetheless I received the monitor yesterday(Jan 18th) and couldn’t complain when product arrived. Box was prestine shape and product was very well packaged. Only reason for giving a 3 out of 5 was for the 3 delivery change dates and useless customer service center. I would recommend using this company if your not in a hurry for your items, I also read a lot of negative reviews before purchasing but decided to give them a chance.. It wasn’t as bad as what others seem to have experienced. Hope this helps to others looking at buying from Dell.

i m using this dell laptop its good but i felt one issue in this laptop the battery sport is not good as i wanted on this laptop it might be little more sportive. del laptop is good in built quilt but the design is still to old it has to be little fasionable

I had bought Dell laptop Inspiron 15 5000 series - 5590 vide Order no 841692857, Invoice No 2110304493, dated 27.01.20 wherein Sennheiser HD 350 BT Blutooth Head phone at Rs 99 was supposed to be delivered. Registered twice (DOJAN20124553), sent 'n' number of mails to Vivek SP , Amreen S starting from Feb 22 to March 10 (Have all records) but of no use After lockdown again wrote to Vivek on June 09 to facilitate the promised Head Phone as per 'Scheme' advertised and sent to me, basis which i had bought the lap top but till today i am yet to get the same. It is very unprofessional of Dell not to honour its commitment, basis which the customer had bought the Laptop. Inspite of repeated communication, the issue remains unresolved. AS SUCH, BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET ENTICED BY THEIR SALES PROMO WHICH THEY WOULD NEVER HONOUR
