“They take the liberty of sending things signature required for delivery so if you not home you cant get you package. I've been here waiting all day
It's 6:30 pm now l got an email saying it's out for delivery and I got another email saying it would ne here today but its looking like it's not coming today so now I have to waste all day tomorrow waiting around. All this because of their policy. Signature required is something that the customer chooses not the sender. If it werent for this they would be ok but making someones wait around all day and the following day is bad amd totally rude and unacceptable.Order from them if you want. I wont be ordering anymore.”
“The email I received said $6.99 for the Recovery Tactical MG9 pic rail mounted angled magazine pouch for Glock. I ordered 3 and after I checked out I noticed they charged me $9.99. I sent multiple emails and called with no response other than the automated email saying they received my request and it is under review. Terrible customer service, actually no customer service at all They didn't process my order until 1 week after I placed my order. I will not be making a purchase from them ever again.”
“I have ordered many times from Delta Team Tactical, shipping was not as fast as expected but never have had a no show order. last order I had was in August of 2022. I am giving four stars for shipping is not super fast but I do realize that at the time there was, and still is, a lot for turmoil in shipping parts. It all fit together and works as good as it looks”
“They wait two weeks after getting your money to ship your order. You get a notice saying your order has shipped when you shouldnhave already had it a week ago. This is a company anti customer policy that PSA also uses and the reason I left them. I was hoping delta team tactical would be better but just like Palmetto state they have good products and good prices but you have to loan them money for two weeks in order for them to send what you paid for. I found another place that ships the next business day like they should and so thats my new place to order from. 80'%lower.com.”
“You place an order after fighting with their website and after 7 days or so you begin to wonder where your order is because you should have it by now so you check and find out it hasnt been shipped yet. There is absolutely no excuse for this. It is an anti customer policy that they have decided to use. Give us your money and dont expect anything soon. It's some sort of new age way of doing business they are trying to push on customers so they have the control and it is a privilege for you to be able to do business with them. Big mistake. They wont be around in a year when competing agaisnt companies that ship the same day like they should.”
“Well, as others have stated, I'm not one to write reviews and that usually goes for the good and the bad. I think it's related to not having enough data to make a fair assessment and I only sought out the reviews for this organization after I experienced an issue w/ an upper receiver I'd purchased from DTT. Once I read the reviews, I was overly concerned, I wasn't going to see a positive resolution to my situation, which consisted of an assembled upper and an issue w/ the gas tube. While it took some back and forth via email, providing photo's, and specific details to my situation, they were very receptive and willing to resolve my issue, this despite, being outside the warranty period due to unrelated delays completing my lower. I was provided a mailing label, promptly packed and shipped the upper receiver back, where they examined the issue, corrected and promptly shipped it back. All in all, the process took slightly over 30 days, which wasn't a huge concern for me, I just wanted a properly functioning upper receiver.
So again, after reading all the negative reviews, I felt compelled to add my first time purchasing experience with DTT and not having any insight to some of the others who have had issues. My first purchase was not perfect which is why I took a star off however, once I realized an issue existed w/ the upper, I reached out to them, and it was made right.
I will continue to purchase from them and have nowhere near written them off based on their willingness to listen and correct my issue when it was properly detailed. Plus their prices are very competitive and easy on my bank account so anyone who's on the fence and doubting this organization, as I started too, don't. Do yourself a favor and save a few bucks where you can, hand to God!”

“Buyer be ware DDT has changed and not for the good get email saying 30 days to purchase 80% lowers before they have to be serial numbered. I ordered then get email they need FFL to ship I call the guy says we ran out of non numbers automatically switch I canceled the order then get email they returned my money to account I looked and it’s $21.65 short customer service gives me a BS $4 ea to restock something they did have in the first place. Then before I answer that email I get another saying that all I’m getting back it’s my fault picked the sku# with ( s )in it. How does a customer know what your sku# means I’ll never spend another dollar at DDT they pulled a bate and switch customer service sucks and rude. Look into AR industry

“I was skeptical about ordering after all the horror stories. I wanted to build a 6MM ARC upper and they had the least expensive on the net. Everything but the BCG for 250.00 plus tax. I went ahead and paid a credit card the amount that it would cost for my debit card, just in case something went wrong the transaction I could make a disput. Well, a week in I got a notification the order was received, a couple day later a tracking number, and a total of 2 weeks later it arrived. Don't expect it to be ightning fast and I wasnt. I could say The experience I had was like going Into a Casino and cashing out after you come up a couple bucks.”
“Ordered a .308 complete upper & paid for assembly and test firing. Took them 2 months to complete my order and ship to me. When I was finally able to shoot it the bolt didn't cycle correctly. It wouldn't eject the spent cartridge or load another. After I oiled the bolt carrier it started ejecting the spent rounds but the bolt still doesn't cycle enough to load another round. There is no way they actually tested this upper, if they did the problem would have been corrected. I have a single shot AR rifle now. Contacted customer service & they tell me it's already out of warranty. I'm going to take it apart myself and see why it's not functioning properly. Don't trust them to do any assembly work or test firing. Very dissatisfied.”
“I was in the process of an LR.308 build and ordered a .308 complete buffer assembly from Delta Team Tactical. I received the part from them but was waiting for the barrel and bolt carrier group that I ordered from a different company to come. It literally took me a year just to get the parts to build the rifle. Once I got the rifle together I figured out that the bolt carrier group would not travel far enough back for the bolt catch to work even when using the charging handle. I checked the spring next to my sons .308 and found out that they had sent me the wrong spring. I emailed pictures and an explanation along with my order number and got a reply that because my order was so old they couldn’t help me. I replied again the wrong parts are new it was the wrong spring and I would send it back to them in exchange for the right one. They refused to send me a $10.00 spring to keep my business and I have purchased many other things from them. Never again.”
“I second the review concerning out-of-spec or blem parts. My Lakota 9mm BCG firing pin hole in the bolt face is severely off-center and the pin strikes barely set-off a primer. I guess that’s why It was so cheap….the quality is cheap! I don’t expect to get any help based on other reviews posted here. I’ll just shoot it until it doesn’t shoot and purchase my next parts elsewhere.”
“Worse company ive ever dealt with in the 2A community in over 15+ years.
They sell out of spec BCGs. NIB coating done improperly. Indents all over my bolt lugs. And they had the audacity to say it's "normal" lol yet their website page for the item didn't show the markings nor a disclaimer.
Then proceed to screw you over with restocking fees, cancellation fees, shipping fees. Etc.
I'm so stupid for giving them my business. I've reported them to BBB and my Credit Card Company.”
“Took a chance on placing an order from these guys after reading some not so great reviews. I ordered a drop in trigger package deal and a grip for my AR and received it all in 3 days. Much quicker than an order I placed previously from Optics Planet and Classic Firearms. Will definitely be doing business with them again.”
