“Not really happy with delivery. Did take day off from work, delivery been cancelled, next day nobody at home, delivery didn't left parcel, so next day left at safe place.”

HI Rimantas, Thank you for your comments. After looking into your order, I can confirm that your order was dispatched on Thursday 5th January with the royal mail tracked (delivery is 2-3 working days) and delivery was made on Saturday 7th January. No signature is required upon delivery so the royal mail should have posted your parcel through your letter box (if you have a normal sized letter box) and if not, they should have left you a 'while you were out card'. “Pro: Easy ordering, swift delivery, good quality product, reasonable price. Con: Beware that unless you remember to delete the 'Slogan' line on the order page on the website you get 'Demon Plates' plastered across the bottom of your nice new plates. This line is pre-filled when you open the order page. N.B. This lettering is added in addition to the legal requirement to have the maker's name on the plates, as mentioned in the T&C's, which is in very small font and is unobtrusive. The website needs to be changed to delete this pre-filled line.”

“Plates arrived quickly and as ordered/shown on the website. The edges of the plates weren't finished as well as the last set I bought, and I had to clean them up using a stanley knife. My only gripe is that the rear plate had two bits of 'grot' sandwiched between the reflective backing and the plastic plate - these look unsightly up close.”

“Overall quality of plate itself very good and exactly how I ordered However, only after checking my accounts had I found I had been debited 3 times for the plate, one payment had been credited back but I had not been made aware of this. Now awaiting a reply on when I will receive my second repayment.”

“It was O.K. nothing exceptional, certainly no problems. It would have been nice to see exactly what the finished plates looked like before ordering, I didn't realise the words "Demon Plates" would appear twice on the finished article, but then I suppose you didn't want the customer to realise that.”

“Good service and quality, does side is you have to send copies of both the V5 and your photo driving licence AFTER they accept payment - so if yo prefer not to do that you have lost your money - yes they do say that in the terms bet who ever reads them - should be more obvious and the conditions should be accepted before payment - have not had that issue with there people hence only three starts”

“Whilst the options on offer to personalized are more than adequate, it would be most helpful if they can provide a one-click button to make fully road-legal plates. Also to add, this might be unique in my case, the plates I received had some tearing on the reflective sticker on the backside of the number plates (creating see-through spots).”

“Overall happy with the service although I found a couple of things disappointing. The blue badge at the left of the plate with Euro stars and GB unlike 99.9% of plates on the road doesn't go right the edges of the plate so you edge up with a slight border round the edges. I was also disappointed to receive the plate to find a "Demon Plates" slogan on the bottom of them, I've since discovered that this is the default setting in the plate designer, I feel this shouldn't be the case as I would like to opt-in to advertising rather than opt-out.”

Paul, The way our plates are made (with regards the badge location) are clearly shown on our plate builder. Why would we show your plate representation one way and then send you something that looks different to that which you designed, approved and ordered? I think that we really would receive some complaints if we did that. With regards the text 'Demon Plates' in the slogan area .... you had the ability when designing your plates to amend or remove that text. Again, you approved the design and the text (Demon Plates) was on there at that time. Why then would we send something different to what you have already approved? Sorry but I just cannot understand the logic in your comments. Gary Demon Plates

“Plate was fine but surprised it took as long as it did to arrive. Used other suppliers in the past and they have been quicker. My purchase was time critical and so had to swop a plate off another trailer in order to meet my deadline.”

“I wanted to order two of the same plates for my trailer tent and for a bike board, however I had to place two separate orders and pay two lots of postage as there was nowhere to change quantity. I did email your company but was told I had to do two orders. I also didn't select fixing set as I thought that was for the screw set but still thought sticky pads might come with it, however when my plates came there were no sticky pads, and haven't been able to attach the plates as I know I need decent sticky pads and not had a chance to go to the shops. I thought the sticky pads came as standard as I have ordered from you before. And from memory the fixing set was at least a couple of pounds. Not as impressed with your service this time.”

“I ordered a basic number plate with just 3D lettering as an upgrade. The playes arrived promptly but the letters/numbers seem slightly faded. From afar looks as if there are white pixels mixed in that make the letters/numbers appear faded and not super clear. Dont get me wrong there's no problem working out the plate but for the price they cost i dont think it's worth it.”

“I order two lots of plates the first set arrived very quickly and the second number plate took over a week to arrive due to postal issues and I had to chase to receive them. The quality of my rear number plate wasn't the best as it had lines on it ????”

“Plates arrived ok, though for the money I would have expected PERFECT quality. There are a few blemishes on the face of the plates, unsure whether due to the process of putting the characters onto the plate, or if they were present on the main plate background (yellow & white). Didn't see the point of complaining, as the process would undoubtedly be drawn out and tiresome!”

“Everything was great about the purchase and delivery process. What negatively affected my experience was that the fasteners supplied weren't appropriate for my motorbike. What I I received was screws with coloured covers for the heads. What I use/needed was yellow and black plastic bolts with accompanying plastic nut. I purchased such items called 'number plate fixings for motorcycles' these from Amazon.”
