“ripped me off after sending me the wrong item and then they paid the wrong amount on the return label. Im out of pocket £10 and had hassel for past 11 days. Very poor customer service.”

“Oh the irony of calling your business Dependable Trading!!!... In my experience this business do not know the difference between an E14 light bulb and a strip light. A complete waste of time and money.TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND UNDEPENDABLE!!!”
