“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Save yourself some headache and keep yourself from losing your money! NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER!
Ordered 2 weeks ago, and they sent me the wrong product. When I contact them, they claim they Don t refer to that type on their website, even after I proved with links and screenshots of their website!!! When I ask how to get the right prodimuct and where to I have to return the product, just the few words as answer from them: "we don't refer to that specific, you type, you are wrong! (?????!!!!!!)
I post underneath the photos with the delivered item, the ordered item and the screenshot of their website incl their description
as proof.
They claim they don't refer to Shimano HG 12 speed, 9100, 8100, 7100. Convince yourselves!
NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!”
“I just got my new Thron 6.8 29’ €2500 with you https://www.deporvillage.net on 22/7/2021 (order 900234928)
And At the second ride I lost the chain frame protector (Part number: KD325921229), and sadly all the frame is marked already, since I lose it in the second friendly ride looks like came with defective from factory (part number 8)
I contacted both and they keep passing the responsibility bot no Focus or Deporvillage stand up for €30 that came defective from factory.
First and the last time buying anything with them.”
“I was sent the wrong swimming earplugs, I complained and asked for them to be returned with a full refund. It has been 3 weeks to date since receiving the wrong items, which they now claim are the correct items - having since changed the item picture on their website! Fortunately I took screen shots of my online purchase at the time and have proof. Soooo dodgy!
I seem to be yet another victim to what other complainants state - that one is made to believe they are buying from a UK company/website, only to find out they're Spain based, with zero customer service interest.
This company is one huge headache to deal with, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
“Very poor customer service….at best they are incompetent and really they should not sell outside the EU if they can’t fulfil they customer commitments
First I'll start by saying that I have made a couple of orders through Deporvillage, with the first one everything went well and I was actually very impressed with the delivery speed (1 week to Australia).
However things took a different turn with my second order when I needed to return it. I sent the parcel back on 24/03/2021 following all the instructions provided, unfortunately the parcel got held by the Spanish customs, they contacted me, it was in Spanish but with my limited Spanish and the use of Google Translate I was able to ascertain that they needed additional documentation to prove it was a return. I try to send the original invoice but someone with a Spanish ID number needed to create an account, so I contacted Deporvillage and they assure me and I quote 'we are working with our responsible on transportation to free this package'. This went on for 2.5 month of back and forth with Deporvillage and every time they told me they were working on it, at one stage they even said and I quote again 'If by any chance your package is returned back to you, no worries, we will proceed with a pick up at our own expense'. Nothing happened, then after 2.5 month the Spanish customs decided to send the parcel back to me which I have received on 12/07/2021, more than 3.5 months since I originally sent it back.
Now Deporvillage is ignoring their earlier commitment of getting the parcel picked up and they customer service people don't bother to read my queries as they keep replying with information that is only relevant to UK customers.
As I mentioned earlier I had followed their instructions when sending the parcel back so I feel it is their responsibility, but it looks like I have to pay for the return a second time and hope it will clear the Spanish custom if I stick the invoice on the parcel…”
“They sent me a used expensive helmet. The case is live in PayPal, they are ignoring the issue. the photographs clearly shows scratches, marks, someone tried to rub off something and made it worse. A top of the range MET help cost £212. Are you kidding me. Avoid. And the paperwork doesn't match the cost and o got another £39 charge from VAT even though an email said it should be zero VAT. I wished i had checked the reviews first. They send used stuff because people wont go through the hassle of claiming back the VAT from HMRC, i know this now. I see why the are ignoring the PAYPAL case and waiting for me to post the helmet back and take further money from me for postage instead of agreeing in writing not to deduct further. A waste of 10 days.”
“Avoid Deporvillage! I ordered an ebike online from their Spain location and received a damaged unrideable bike! I wrote them and they replied that since I didn't buy their assembly package using the DHL driver to assembly the 3 parts (handlebars, saddle post, and peddles), I must take the bike to a bike dealer and pay to fix the damaged front brake! The brake gear has nothing to do with the easy 3 part assembly. They advertise a 365-day return, but this is not true! I am easily stopping payment on my Visa card through the bank made to them. I have since read on Facebook many other complaints of poor customer service. Avoid this company. I will try to put them out of business!”
“I ordered a Reebok step, and weeks later I received from Deporvillage an 80kg box full of strange metal things, no idea what they are, I injured my back trying to drag it into my garage, Deporvillage are impossible to get hold of, there’s no way I’m paying money to return an 80kg package full of weird stuff to Spain, and I don’t even know how I’d remove it from my garage! What am I supposed to do know, and how about the £116 I spent on the Reebok step plus posting and packing? This company is fraudulent.”
“Misinformed on the website bought an adults bike and child size arrive. Completely out of pocket for the last month and it is in bits in my room. It won't untighten, looks previously used and I've mistakenly thrown the box away to get it into my third floor London flat. Apparently this make for another week of delayed response over email. A keyworker in need of a bike. Horrific service! Do not buy from Deporvillage.”
