“I first ordered 3 ceiling lights from Designer Lighting Store and one arrived with shades smashed in transit. This was immediately sorted and replacement shades arrived the next day. The customer service was excellent! So much so that I just ordered 2 wall lights and have received the same level of exceptional service.”

“I got in touch with DLS for lighting I required for my new home . Steph replied very promptly answering all my questions and even called me before I ordered. Delivery was prompt and the lighting looks great. Fantastic price, service and product. Will definitely be back to order again.”

“I came to Designer Lighting Store when I was working on a hotel project and needed new lampshades for all of the bedroom lights. All I can say is the service was exceptional! Steph’s customer service and knowledge helped me choose the correct shape and fabric and even had them delivered to me within 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend Designer Lighting Store.”
