SCAM They’re based in Spain and avoid Australian consumer law. I bought two pairs of glasses 3 months ago and in that three months the only response they have for me is to “check the tracking link”, which shows it left the country and nothing more. I feel stupid for buying from here but hope it means I can help others to not make the same mistake.

Hallo, ich habe Schuhe bei D. Franklin bestellt. Leider passen sie mir nicht und ich wollte sie retourschicken. Ich hab drei Mal eine Mail hingeschickt und nachgefragt wie das genau funktioniert und ob es ein Retourettikett gibt. Ich hab jedes mal die selbe Nachricht bekommen mit einen Link auf die HP und das ganze nach über eine Woche!! Man kann die Ware aber nur 2 Wochen danach retourschicken. Und, ich musste über 3 Wochen auf die Schuhe warten die dann in einen komplett kaputten Karton kamen! Ich werde nie wieder dort bestellen!

If i could give this 0 stars i would. Dont ever buy from this company! i brought them back in May 2018 and im still waiting for them now and its July 2018. I have pretty much given up on them now but real unprofessional to take money and not supply the goods. i have sent countless emails with a automatic robot response that helps noone. I may not get my sunnies but if i can prevent other people from making the same mistake then im happy. F**K you D.Franklin!

I bought a pair of snow boots 4 days ago. The quality is terrible. After 3 days walk , the bottom where my feet stand , started to melt and a hole appeared. 70,00euros lost. People should know. Terrible 😔😔😔

Ordered sunglasses last week. Got it on time and in perfect conditions! I was really surprised after reading about bad reviews online but there was no problem with my order! I recommend for sure.

Ordered sunglasses 3 MONTHS AGO and they only just arrived today with the box crushed. Surprised that the sunglasses aren't bent Not worth the money, don't buy from here

Despite the bad reviews I placed an order. The sunglasses were delivered after 1 week in the Netherlands. I don’t have any problems with this company. Great sunglasses!

This online shop is just not trust worthy. I have order 4 sunglasses. After I have returned 3 of them they published the information on their website that there will be no refunds given because it was a "2 for 1" deal. If I had known this before I would not have placed an order in the first place. Besides, it has been the worst customer experience I have experienced sinces a long time: - the return process was a pain to go through with several forms to fill out and many steps on the website to click through. - they never confirmed receiving my return shipment eventhough it was sent 3 weeks ago. (DHL has lead times to spain of max 4-5 days). - I paid for the return shipment myself (9 EUR!!) I should have just keep all sunclasses and save the money for the return because I do not seem to get a refund anyways.

Seen them advertise on Instagram for a 2 for 1 special. Ordered two pairs of sunglasses 4 weeks ago and still not received them. Not had any reply to emails.

In their general conditions, they first state that this: "All prices shown are final prices, expressly including the Value Added Tax (VAT) in those cases that apply, notwithstanding that the user will at all times have detailed information of the price of the product." This for me and probably for every customer is enough insurance that there will be no further costs than the actual price and the shipping costs. IF that would be the case then, of course, i thought they would inform me. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up paying 27.10 swiss francs (approximately 23 euros) for custom taxes (which they also state - almost at the end of their general conditions - that they won't come up with these fees. When i advised them to either put that in front of the "All prices shown are final prices..." and that they should obviously warn to customers before they purchase anything they said "All it's indicated on the website to the known of our customer" This may be the case but hidden in the general conditions way after "All prices shown are the final prices...". So i ended up paying for 4 sunglasses 120 swiss francs (about 110 Euros) for their 2x1 deal. Proper rip-off, especially because the quality of the sunglasses are about the same quality as the ones you can purchase on your holidays at the beach. Therefore i would recommend everyone NOT to purchase anything from this site.

I bought some sunglasses from this company and they had a 2 for 1 deal on, which was great. the 2nd pair were sat in a drawer for a while so were left in a secure place. I eventually wore them a few times and unfortunately the screw failed and they kept falling apart on the bridge. I soon realised that the screw inlet had failed and effectively the small screw was just falling out of the hole. No issue, I thought I could send some pictures to them and I'd get a quick solution like most modern online companies. Instead they asked me for endless more pictures and receipts etc etc. Basically making it impossible to return damaged or faulty glasses. Such a scam. I wont be wearing their products anymore. Awful company.

I bought a pair of TR90 pink tinted sunglasses and I love them. They’re flexible, they fit perfectly and they function well. They looked exactly like the photos when they came. Delivery to the UK took 9 working days, which was before the estimated delivery date. The only problem i’ve had was that the press-stud on the case that it came with broke after 10 minutes, which was disappointing.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses, the temple was very loose. Went to an optometrist and found that there was an issue with the hinge which could not be tightened with the screw. Tried to contact D Franklin about the issue and they were having none of it. I am now stuck with a defective pair of sunglasses that I will not be able to use, good for the bin. I Would not recommend D Franklin, terrible product and customer service. Save your money and buy better quality goods.

I ordered boots in the wrong size and I wrote to them and returned package with that boots in their original boc because I didnt even try the boots, just have looked on them and that is all. I immediately sent them back. First, they didnt answer to my email and than at the end, when they got that package-they refused it!!! And sent it back to me without an explanation and answer. I am shocked how rude is that, and also very, very disapointed.

I didn’t even receive my order yet and I am having such poor customer service support that I am shocked! If you ever have a real issue or questions they are sending out automatic machine answers to everyone that are exactly the same. I have requested to be contacted by someone who can provide me with the information but it has been very difficult to reach them. I am considering canceling my order but I am actually scared that I will have trouble getting my money back.
