“My wedding cake topper arrived in pieces and trying to contact the website to get a refund is impossible. They claim they are an American site but of course my packaging arrived poorly constructed in a little envelope from China . The site appears helpful offering a live chat option but they literally tell you there are 2 people in the queue and leave you waiting for up to an hour ( really ?!) and then switch you automatically over to a ‘robot ‘ to answer your ‘question ‘ saying that they are not responsible and to contact the seller . But they are the seller !! I bought directly from their site ! It’s impossible . I tried several times and never got to an actual live chat ! And of course they dont reply to my emails . Do not buy from this site”
