“Paid in full! Where is my purchase? They gave me a tracking no, really, you sent it you track it ! No reply. Do not buy from this company! It’s a scam! They do not reply to any e mails , just bombard you with rubbish!”

“I am not happy with dhgate I've been using them for a long time and made many purchases, But now I have a package that was supposed to arrive on March 26th, the tracking has not updated since March 7th when it said leaving over seas, the seller refused to refund me, I opened a dispute for a refund as it is stated on dhgate “If buyer did not get the item on seller’s promised delivery time, then DHgate Resolution Center will commence arbitration to issue a refund or return item according to the actual conditions.“ My promised date was March 26th, its not here!! My dispute and all messages are being ignored now and nothing is being done and the seller has turned off email notifications so is not even getting my messages.. The seller is not responding to the dispute and dhgate have not issued my refund yet thus is ridiculous and unfair its almost 50 days since The order was made and absolutely no update since March 7th, dhgate states they will issue a refund if the package does not arrive in time my delivery was supposed to be March 26th its near a full month late!! Please just refund me so we can end this dispute I won't give up and will report dhgate to trading standards for fraud and helping sellers to steal money like sneakerstar has stole mine with their help.. Release my refund!!!!!”

“Do not get your self stuck in this mess. It takes months for them to send the product. All shoes are fake. Most stuff are fake. Just a very very bad place to spend your money. I hope this website gets shut down. Save yourself a head ache and save your hard earned money for someone who respects and appreciates your business”

“I would give it a zero. I have been waiting 2 months and still have not received my product. No response to 3 emails. Product has not even been shipped. This is a crooked Chinese operation. Don't order from them. This is a scam.”

“I bought a bag on this website on the 3rd of January and they took my money. They sent me an email on the 1st of March saying my product was no longer available. They told me to cancel my order and they wont be sending me anything. I emailed them numerous times and was obviously speaking to a computer because i was getting the same email back everytime. It wont let me cancel my order and get a refund this website is a total scam. Would never use or recommend to anyone. Dhgate customer service was also a computer very unhelp. Good scam but they got me good.”

“The Chinese culture is one of dishonesty. That is a fact. There are very fer dealers/sellers on DHGate that are trustworthy. They do not understand the concepts of great customer care, ethics and responsiveness. Nearly all sellers will not respond to email inquires. Escalating to their customer care team is not worth the time. They will make up excuses and tell you to work with other dealers. Its a ridiculous culture and selling market. STAY AWAY FROM DHGATE AS THE SELLERS ARE DISHONEST, NON RESPONSIVE AND NOT WORTH THE TIME>”

“So after not receiving my item within 30 days (actually almost 50 days), as "guaranteed", I requested a refund. Well, the seller tried to get out of refunding me by getting me to pick "Item Received", promising to reimburse me "within 24". DO NOT DO THAT! That's a scam. I opened a dispute and again, the seller tried to get me to change the reason to "intercepted by customs", which is another lie and would make me responsible for paying for the item. It is only after I threatened to give him a bad review that he finally agreed to refund me. And that will now take 15-20 days. Probably longer because of the Chinese festival. So the bottom line is yes, you will get your money back eventually, but not without them trying to scam you first.”

“cost me only $44.00 for this lesson. Do not walk away from DHGate. RUN Vendor responded that my order was out of stock. Recomended a replacement that did not make sense. Asked for refund, DHGate, no help. told me to contact seller. They stopped responding a long time ago. Las Vegas is a better place to spend the money. DWL”

“I was lured to buy a replica fabric fake bag for $57 (Order NO:3169979953) by the description Seller put in the listing but turned out what I received was totally different from the photos. Nothing like the real bags. Very poor quality and fake. Seller NEVER responded to my message about my return request. I tried to report this issue to DHgate as they said that they offer "Customer Protection" for customers who have problem with their purchase. DHgate just ignored me in the end the same way as the seller, even I provided pictures of the poorly made fake items I received, DHgate did nothing to help but kept giving excuses that my provided evidences were irrelevant to prove the seller's fault. DHgate is a BIG SCAMMER! NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!!!!”
