“I will never buy again in DHGate. I purchase a tshirt small size and its like a large. Now im requesting an exchange or return the money, but they are Asking me to pay for the return which will be more than the price of the shirt. I THINK THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I DONT RECOMEND THIS PAGE.”

“dhgate is the problem, it's one person using and running dhgate.com, just using a bunch of phone names he uses, they are china going to blow us off the map with our own money, and the sellers don't reply, that's because, he's the owner of that website, it is dhgate.com that took the money from my bank account!! and he kept it, they are going to blow Canada and United States off the planet with our own money!! It's China that's the culpret here, I'm going to Crash DHgates website because I know no-one will help me, when you play with my money, you are playing with fire!! God Bless You All”

“This is nothing bu a SCAM. I ordered a total of 17 items of which not one arrived!!! Every time I checked my orders the invoice amount had changed to state I paid a lesser amount. Customer service is pathetic as they hung up on me twice when I bought this to their attention. In total I am out of pocket $360.00 for goods I never received!!! DO NOT BUY OFF THEM. Your better throwing your money away.”

“Scam Alert ! I received a pathetic painting instead of a vaccum cleaner. I sent ton's of evidence, with picture of the parcel box, weight, tracking and the seller sent no evidence. DHgate arbitrated the dispute in favor of the seller. Avoid at all cost !”

“Total scam! Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Dress came looking nothing like the image which I later found out was stolen from a legit site. Would not refund unless returned at my expense and even when I did send it, it was sent back to me again. No refund and no response to my emails and messages. Any positive reviews are most definitely paid for. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DH GATE. It will just leave you sad and angry that there are people out there who do this as a business.”

“Scam....! ! ! Be aware. I have ordered a product with order no 3180301421 on 26th Jan 2020. This order never arrived. neither they gave me a refund nor they gave me the product. These chinese companies are a total Scam and waste of time and Money. They will copy and paste their patent reply without even reading this review. Do not order from them and stay away. They are a total Scam.”

“Like many of the other reviews If you order something from 3 items from a seller on their site they may send you 1 of the items and you may get a seller that will email you letting you know they sent out multiple shipments if you do not get an email you will never get the other items and DHGATE will release the payment and everything is automate you will not get to talk to a real person ever. You are more likely to be scammed than to get your merchandise! Order a 3 park of mask got 1 and it was not the one that was pictured on the site paid 20 dollars for one cheap mask!”

“It is well over 100 days now and I still have not received my Masks and after contacting the Seller well over 10 times and them being not only unhelpful but rude. I went to DHGate for a refund but DHGate covers for bad sellers and have continued to do so. Do not shop here they actually steal your money. Never had this happen with any other site but this one. Stay away.”

“so many of these reviews are ridiculous. This is a fantastic platform with many good sellers (and of course a couple bad ones just like any other avenue). I've received many great items, and there is a bit of a lag right now because of the covid-19 restrictions - but that's the case for ANY site. I definitely recommend.”

“I ordered $10,000 worth of merchandise from DHgate, I was 100% pleased. They answered all my calls, were able to assure where the products were. Received them in 10 hours of ordering. 100% recommend. NOT SCUMBAGS. everyone that wrote a bad review is a SCUMBAG. FAKE ASS PEOPLE.”

“This dhgate site allows any scammers on their site to sell fake or non existing merchandise and then ships a supposedly order to a another address which is clearly not yours which is listed on your account on the site. This way you never get the non existing product you thought you ordered and a refund is tied up in a resolution case that is never resolved from a fake seller who’s fake store is no longer listed on the site. “I ordered a custom St. Louis Battlehawks Jersey. They said it shipped and even provided a tracking number that isn’t working. DHgate is nothing more than a steal your money scam. I have sent countless emails to them, with one response. They expect me to log in to the account. I told them it wouldn’t allow me to do that. I sent copies of my order and the tracking number that they provided, which should have been plenty for them to find out when my order is. All I am asking for is that the jersey I paid for be sent to me or, refund my money. I wouldn’t suggest that anyone do business with these scam artists. The Covid19 excuse doesn’t apply because they claimed it was shipped and should have arrived to me 2 months ago. Today’s date is 4/30/2020. Refund or Jersey...make up your mind.”
