“My order never come . Open dispute with proof order stop in Atlanta where is 110 miles from shipping address . Both seller and DHgate want me to contact their logistic company and closed dispute case . DHgate is scam website with no customer service phone number . The phone show on credit card statement is never work . Stay away from this Chinese company. It's Scam .”

“Sneakers arrived 6 weeks after order placed. No return invoice was enclosed in box. Returned item because the shoes looked nothing like what we ordered. Do not expect any money from the company as a result of the return because the cost of tracking parcel was more than the shoes cost. Since the parcel had to pass thru many hands, believe they will be confiscated by an unscrupulous individual. Do not advise ordering anything online from DHGate.”

“DH Gate stole my credit card information and I had to have my card shut down. They shipped me out an incomplete product that was unusable and did nothing to resolve it. TOTAL SCAM SITE BEWARE.”

“Order an item, didn’t receive it and the seller won’t return my message or give my money back. Contacted customer service and they said they help if the seller is not cooperating. Therefore I lost £50 and didn’t even receive the item”

“The worst website to order from! I ordered lip gloss and an eyeshadow pallet around 30$ cad on January 25, it is now April 21 and I have still not received my parcel! I started a dispute and they have already given the company my money and will not refund me unless the package is passed 10 days of its due date which was April 4 after they pushed it back 4 times! Please do not ever purchase anything from this website as it is a horrible website where you will lose money, time and patience in trying to figure out where your items are. Still no word from “Rachel”! Absolute Garbage customer care and service”

“Just want to thank everyone for these reviews. I went to pay for an order and it stated that my credit card company denied the order. I am now worried that they have stolen my cc details as there is no reason why my credit card company would deny the order, as I order on line all the time (and no I have not reached my limit LOL). Just a waiting game now. Dam glad I didn't buy the product though. Now they keep sending me emails saying it is sitting in my basket and waiting, well, it can sit there for EVER !!”

“DH Gate is a fraudulent company. I placed an order in early Feb 2020, the seller shipped me the wrong items. The seller would not acknowledge or respond to my messages that they sent me the wrong items so I opened a dispute. I wanted to send the items back and get a refund. I no longer wanted to work with this seller due to lack of response and unprofessionalism. The seller did not comply with the dispute, they did not acknowledge that they received the return, they will not comply that my refund should be released. Fast forward over 2 months, now mid April 2020 DH Gate mediation will not work with the seller or myself and they will not release my refund. I am done with this company, they are so unprofessional. This isn't a small refund, its hundreds of dollars. I called my bank today to report the fraud and request a chargeback for the charge. I will NEVER order from DH Gate again.”

“I am someone who reads reviews on any site that looks like it might be sketchy and, this is one of those times... Just like the old adage goes “if it seems too good to be true, it is!” I’m thankful I read these reviews before I became a “victim” of this site. I was about to purchase five of the same guitar. It is normally a guitar that sells (used) around $1,200-1,600 and new for $3,000+. They have it listed at a 10th of that price. I almost gave in and bought several of them because the price seemed “too good to be true”. I truly feel for everyone who have sent money and not gotten it back (yet). I have been in your shoes and bought a dvd set for my wife online for $60, only to have $16k (yes $16,000) taken from my bank account, from one of these sketch ball sites. The only thing we’re really able to do is, post reviews like these, to help keep someone else from making the same mistake!! Best of luck to everyone and don’t give up, you’ll get your money back EVENTUALLY!!!”

“Wish I had read reviews before placing order. My son spent his Birthday Money ordering on here and we still haven't recieved anything. They keep trcking it and saying it's on its way. £80 wasted and customer service is just a robot no help whats so ever. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to give it just to leave this review.”

“This is the garbage seller telling me that if I do not apologize for telling them what Garbage sellers they are they will not resolve my issue. I have requested a refund 11 different times with anyone from DH Gate that I could speak to. They give you the run-around stating that they cannot cancel an order or refund money. You have to do get the Seller to agree. Fine. I asked nicely, after 2.5 weeks went by with no update on my order. . Then... Global Viral Crisis broke out and I requested that my order be cancelled as I do not with for any out of Country shipments to come during these uncertain times. No answer. Got told your dress is fine. .. Then asked when can I expect my order as my wedding is SOON. Been 2 months and NO shipment details. Not even an update on whether they finished the garment or not. Now it's WW3 between me and this shitty seller, who thinks stealing $100s of dollars from an American is a game.”

“Total freakin scam!! Placed an order, went back to check the status and it said it was cancelled because of no payment. Went to look at my credit card statement and found where I was charged. I was also charged for over $600 for a gaming store not even a week after I made the purchase with DHgate.”
