This site is hit or miss you, must be weary of certain stores. I would not recommend buying from any store that is not a recommend supplier. To file a claim you have to go on their website and not use the app. It is a process, but I have gotten money back for fake sellers who provides incorrect tracking numbers. Quality may also be a toss up you may or may not get what you see in the pictures or even the reviewers pictures.

Ok so a seller couldn’t provide product so I requested a refund from seller ,seller mad cause I didn’t pick a different color so he waited on my last day for the dispute and clicked shipped which makes me wait longer to open another dispute then I have to wait another 5 days . Even with dhgate seeing he didn’t have item and me wanting my money back they allowed him to do this .. so pretty much YOUR MONEY they gave no control over obviously or control over there site they say they there to help u a lie regardless what the suppler does pretty much a owell

I just wanted to say thank you to the customer service agent who helped me out yesterday she opened a dispute for me and a hour later she got me a total refund from a seller who was not being honest to me. I ordered a drone from this seller and everything was fine until the tracking number he gave me ended up getting delivered to Arizona and I live in Delaware he kept telling me he has a warehouse in Arizona and then they will ship it to me from Arizona which really sounded fishy to me then why give a tracking number when it's not going to me but someone in another state then I saw two reviews on his site that people were saying the same thing happened to them. So after leaving him message after message and he kept saying the same thing we ship from China to a warehouse in Arizona and then they ship it to you. Then I saw that they were getting ready to release my money to the seller next month and I still did'nt get my item so the young lady I was chatting with yesterday opened a dispute and a hour later I got a full refund and this morning the money was put back into my account so I just wanted to say thank you to the young lady that helped me yesterday she was awesome.I would have put 5 stars for customer service but I had to take a couple away because of the seller spinning me in circles for the last three days.

Wow. Lots of 1 star. I give 3 because at first I had okay experience shopping, however the more I purchased the worst it got. I feel fortunate that my received 90% of my items without incident. Tips: Use only one credit card for purchases. Do not use a debit. Remember all designer products are fakes. Also sellers don't get funded from your purchase for 4 months, so open dispute as soon as expected delivery day is reached if you don't get your product. And last the cheapest designer products for sale are the worst craft.

It took awhile to get my payment method approved and had quite a difficult time with customer service but I did receive a quality item at half the expense I could find anywhere else. Frustrated but satisfied in the end.

I'm still waiting on my stuff they give 4 different tracking numbers. I request DHL shipping and my stuff at still in China.

Lots of problems with unreliable sellers and very terrible customer support from DHGate. Delivery is usually a big problem as well. Any clothing sizing is usually a problem, never too big always far too small eg. I wear a XL , I ordered a 5X jacket , it had to be a medium. Overall if (?) there is a problem DHGate will not help you.

Never never trust how good is the product shown in their ad, worst shopping app in the market, don't give buyer a 100% feel safe and trusts in purchasing. All the scammer seller will use this platform to scam sellers, even when they able provide trackng records, you will always can't trace it, it totally a suck app.

I placed an order for a supposedly Silky Straight Human Hair Jet Black unit and ordered it from seller zero_ff. First off I was sent a unit that was in the color brown. Secondly when I was using a curling iron set on only 210, the hair burnt and wouldn’t curl properly. That tells me that this was NOT human hair. Be extra careful when ordering hair from this seller. Fortunately I requested a partial refund and it was honored. It was so bothersome to have to get the hair dyed and then to top it off it is not curling as human hair should curl. Shameful seller!! BEWARE of seller zero_ff on the DHGate website!!

So after not receiving my item within 30 days (actually almost 50 days), as "guaranteed", I requested a refund. Well, the seller tried to get out of refunding me by getting me to pick "Item Received", promising to reimburse me "within 24". DO NOT DO THAT! That's a scam. I opened a dispute and again, the seller tried to get me to change the reason to "intercepted by customs", which is another lie and would make me responsible for paying for the item. It is only after I threatened to give him a bad review that he finally agreed to refund me. And that will now take 15-20 days. Probably longer because of the Chinese festival. So the bottom line is yes, you will get your money back eventually, but not without them trying to scam you first.

I REFUSE TO BELIEVE ASIAN PEOPLE ARE THIS SMALL. I BOUGHT 4XL TSHIRT. A 4XL TSHIRT!!! IT BARELY COMES BELOW MY BELLY. AND I AM NOT EVEN FAT LOL.

It started out good, ordered 5 things got 4, then I ordered a lot of things, particularly from the social savings, too good to be true! all in all, I ordered 46 items and have received 11. I dispute them and wait a few weeks and always get my money back, Dhgate is aware of the scammers but they set up a process and you must wait a significant amount of time. they allow 2 months for delivery then you can dispute, its tricky though. its tricky to make you frustrated and not bother. thats how the scam works. you order, they send out fake responses that it was shipped and they most times keep up the charade that its on delivery. its a fake tracking system. eventually they add that it was delivered days ago to an address across the country. it take so long and I was unaware of this scam at the time. that's why the amount of orders in a 2 month period. the items I did get were good. I am done ordering and taking my business elsewhere, luckily many competitive sites exist.

I never received my package it was sent to France and the seller refused to resend it, and it was difficult reaching customer service at dhgate
