"I purchased a Luis Vuitton purse from toplvbag789. I didn\u2019t even have it a month before it started falling apart. The corners are peeling and the inside is fraying. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures of the damage and they refused to do anything. They said there purses are good quality and refused my refund. Customer service is horrible."

"Terrible, brought some sliders that have split after a 2week wear, brought a bag, that won\u2019t close as the toggle has been glued so will not go up. Customer services is as good as a chocolate teapot, they give you no help at all, they just say, come back in 48 hours, which I\u2019ve been doing for over a month, do yourself a favour and don\u2019t waste your money, reviews on the site are fake, I will not but anything from this bunch of scammers, just wish I had read reviews before getting caught myself"

“I purchased a charm from dhgate and it was delivered to tge wrong address. I opened a dispute and dhgate sided with the seller even though I have several emails from usps stating the seller shipped the package to someone else. The seller never responded to my messages or even showed any proof in the dispute yet dhgate immediately sided with the seller BEWARE SCAMMERS”

“I RECEIVED Order NO:3372925300 AND IT IS NOT LIKE THE PICTURE WHAT SO EVER. Their system says to upload a picture and I have tried to upload the pictures in every way it says I can and your system will not except them . They did not send me the dress in the picture. This dress is very very cheap. It is a very different design on it from the picture they displayed. DO NOT EVER ORDER. THE DRESSES ARE NOT WHAT THEY PICTURE”

“Completely different from the photos on their e-commerce site. Selected the short sleeved, collared blouse but received this instead. Quality is not worth the price. Looks to be less than USD$5 rather than the more than USD$20 I paid. Day light robbery! Informed the seller (web3) & DHgate about the wrong product but no actions or concrete replies from them. Emailed DHgate twice to withhold payment but no reply. Beware of seller (web3) & DHgate. No options to customers for any forms of recourse.”

“Awful experience too! Found e-scooters on DHgate, ad were saying EU stcok, delivery 7-14 days. I made an order, after a week, still was not shipped. Contacted seller, he said that items out of stock and they will get it after a month or so. After 14 days I requested refund, cause there was no point to wait anymore. Customer service said to wait 8 days. After 8 days they just declined to return me my money and said that I have to wait for my scooters. I said I dont need them and I want a full refund! But they dont care! Awful experience! Not recommended to nobody! Keep away! Even aliexpress works better, much better! Order Number: 3333242928”

“Please don’t waste your time and money. I Ordered a dress from dresstop for my baby’s first birthday, they were communicating well until I placed the order, I reminded them Atleast 10 times to send me a picture of the dress before shipping, but they didn’t. And left a message saying dress is shipped, and gave me a fake tracking number I contacted them multiple times and no response I raised a dispute saying they gave me “fake tracking number”, and then they texted me saying they can process refund, if I change the reason to “package is on the way” I haven’t yet got the refund Attaching screenshot of our conversation”

“My worst purchase experience ever. I had bought here twice and loved the site so the 1st of December 2020 I placed an order for 131 EUR value. Things started in a bad way because the communication with seller was very poor so, as I felt unconfident i decided to cancel my order 5 days later. I have sent many emails to customer support with no answer (the chat is a joke... impossible to talk with a real person). The only way I could contact them was writing a bad review in a famous site. On December 29th they assured me i would have my refund in 8 days as late. I still have not received my money... I cannot understand how difficult can be to give me my money back. Think twice before order, specially if the amount spent is high. The customer assistance is so so poor and probably loose your money. I will wait till the end of this week before going to Police to make a complaint and claim to Visa.”

“Like many of the other reviews If you order something from 3 items from a seller on their site they may send you 1 of the items and you may get a seller that will email you letting you know they sent out multiple shipments if you do not get an email you will never get the other items and DHGATE will release the payment and everything is automate you will not get to talk to a real person ever. You are more likely to be scammed than to get your merchandise! Order a 3 park of mask got 1 and it was not the one that was pictured on the site paid 20 dollars for one cheap mask!”

“Be careful when using DHGATE! The seller of the store Luxurybrand14 is a scammer. Although I paid over $100 and bought the shoes. The delivery number provided by the seller was a very cheap socks. I've been scammed before, so nowadays I do a thorough shipping check. I think I should get rid of this seller from DHGATE. Because of these bad sellers, the reliability of the entire site is low.”

“I ordered 8 different items, and only TWO were exactly as pictured. The sellers will use real photos of the actual item, but that is NOT what you get. You get a cheaply made "faux" version of the item. I am a thin petite woman, and their sizes were too small, even for me. Descriptions and size guides are hard to interpret. Shipping took two months. I did get a refund on items that were not as pictured. Expect to have problems.”

“Most of my orders go to unknown addresses if you don’t keep eye on tracking they ll pay the scammer vendors . Watch out for cheap purses shoe sales are usually new stores and no reviews . You order from them and they make a fake label tracking . If you don’t claim in time you lose your money”

“I've purchased 14 items from DHgate end every single item was given a false tracking number and delivery address my last 3 purchases where from a seller called mazhuo 002020 they are a complete fake they send you out a tracking number but the tracking number has nothing to do with your purchase. I managed the contact a buyer whose parcel I was tracking they received the item they purchased but all along I was tracking there parcel I can understand one or two items getting mislaid but in total now 16.the annoying thing is dhgate customer service team don't find it strange and odd that this is happening you pay for something but you can't get your money back for ages. How do these sellers get away with it should be investigated and closed down.”

Ordini che non arrivano, spedizione bloccate in Cina e tracciatura pacchi che si perde come per magia! Servizio clienti pessimo e quello italiano praticamente inesistente. Ho aperto una disputa per oggetto non ricevuto da oltre 1 mese. La spedizione si è persa in Cina come evidenziato da Poste Italiane, Epacket e 7Trak! Ho fornito tutte le prove del caso e causa mancato accordo con il venditore, ho girato la disputa alla Commissione Dhgate che doveva valutare il caso entro il 23 Maggio 2020! Il giorno 30 Maggio ricevo il messaggio che avrebbero fornito il rimborso il giorno 3 Giugno e nel frattempo potevo tranquillamente contattare il responsabile della Commissione sulla mia pratica tramite un'indirizzo da loro scritto e fornito. Ho contattato 3 volte questa persona, chiaramente senza ricevere risposta alcuna. Ad oggi, 5 Giugno 2020, la mia pratica risulta ancora aperta, nessuno risponde alle mie richieste e il rimborso non è stato inviato! Credo che questa piattaforma, abbia ormai i chiari connotati di un sito truffa! Si sono dei TRUFFATORI e vanno denunciati!”
