She just said that the warranty was valid for 6 months.\r\n\r\nWhen I arrived Wednesday night to leave my car the receptionist made a point of starting straight away that the warranty was only valid for only 6 months, when their website advertised 12 months.\r\nI made it clear that as a consumer the terms and conditions are the one stated on their website, no other terms and conditions were provided.\r\n\r\nApparently their website has not been updated , in respect of either their opening hours or their warranty terms.\r\n\r\nWhen inspecting my wheels, the technician (owner?) refused all responsibilities for their sub standard job.\r\n\r\nThe receptionist and technician quoted me \u00a3320 to fix the 4 wheels, even though I paid \u00a3410 less than a year ago.\r\n\r\nAny company with some kind of integrity would fix the 2 wheels not refurbished to the right standard free of charge, as per the warranty stated, and would charge the customer \u00a3200 or so for the other 2 wheels that I openly advised I had damaged.\r\n\r\nThis company deserve a 1 star as they should be out of business for their substandard service, their lack of integrity, lack of responsibility and lack of customer service!\r\n\r\nAvoid at all cost and get them out of business!"
