“The search for a nice engagement ring for my girlfriend had been a very exciting but tiresome task. I had to learn the parameters which differentiate the types of stones as well as the setting. In my search to get my girlfriend the ring she deserves, I have looked into several popular as well as local shops in UAE. The majority of the shops did not have a variety of selections for me to choose from and their prices were very expensive. Finally, I came across Diana and I was surprised with the options they have. I was almost skeptical to see some of the stones and rings I was looking for with such prices and decided to go in person and learn more about it. The staff was very amazing, polite, professional and welcoming to say the least. They explained to me the parameters and properties of a diamond with the actual sample presented to me right there. They took the time to let me understand and answered every single question I had about the rings including things I did not even know to ask. They added a whole lot of excitement to my engagement which I was planning to be a surprise. We built up the design with different settings while seeing the computer-generated samples on the screen which made it very easy to visualize the actual ring. Before the commencement of the production, I was able to see the final 3D model of the ring as well. I was amazed by how fast the ring was completed and was extremely pleased with the final product and quality of every single detail. It was one of the most satisfying experiences of my engagement. My fiancé loved the ring so much and she couldn't stop looking at it for quite some time. Having spent several months researching for the right type of ring, I can say with absolute certainty that Diana is the best choice for anyone looking to get an engagement ring. The superb customer care, friendliness of the staff, the variety of choices, and especially the prices of the stones for the quality of the rings they provided cannot be matched by any other jewelry shop in UAE.”

“Very professional, they take time to explain all aspect of buying, give you multiple options and help you select what's perfect for you. They make sure you leave Happy and Content on your purchase. The workmanship is excellent. Highly recommend people to visit them once before purchasing else where. Diana is THE place to go for Diamond rings!”
