“Absolutely first class experience deal with Diana Jewellery. We chose a lovely diamond and the team built a necklace for my wife for our 20th Weddings Anniversary. They also completely re-built my wife's wedding ring which had lost its claws and was about to lose its main diamond, so that it was better than the original made by a high-end San Francisco Jeweller. Their service, professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. I could not recommend anyone more highly. Will do all our Jewellery shopping with them in the future. “It was my first time to deal with Diana Jewellery. They were so professional and tried to customize our experience of me and my fiancé as much as possible. They were very understanding and accommodated all of our requests in a very friendly and smooth manner. I was so happy that once we gave an approximate budget, they tried their best to give us a lot of options to choose from and helped us in selecting the most suitable and valuable diamond. In addition to this, once we selected the ring design, they also advised us on the width of the ring. We initially selected a width that was not so suitable, but when the team advised us on the appropriate width we were so grateful and appreciated the advise. We also visited the offices in Dubai and everyone was so helpful and supportive. The payment process went smoothly and easily. Even though with the pandemic's limitations, delivery was quick and smooth. The only that we did not like throughout our experience was that the diamond ring box is not elegant at all and we would have preferred getting a more elegant and beautiful box. Especially that this was an engagement ring. Hence, would recommend having some customized boxes for engagement rings that clients can choose from. All in all, our experience was superb and would always recommend Diana Jewellery to anyone who is seeking to buy diamonds or Jewellery.”

“Really good experience, don't be fooled by the shabby location. We had our wedding bands with customised fingerprints done exactly as we requested and we were given the 3D design to be apprpved ahead of execution. The work was completed within a week and it was done to our satisfaction. Best place to get jewellery customised.”

“Really helped me understand diamonds properly when buying a ring, worked exactly to my budget and made the perfect custom design exactly as I had requested it. “My fiancé and I visited Diana Jewellery to design an engagement ring. We had been recommended to go there by family and from the first visit we understood why. The level of professionalism and support that Mona and her team provided was excellent. From the choice of ring design to the selection of the diamond, every aspect was clearly explained and discussed. We imagine most people are not experts in this area so the authentic advice and guidance provided by the team is incredibly important and appreciated. This place is in itself a hidden gem in Dubai.
