Most of the time their responses to questions, concerns, or issues are prompt. Sometimes they go dark and I get no responses at all.
On two separate orders that offered a free second wig, I didn't receive the second wig. After a few emails on the first order I finally received the second wig, but I had to accept an alternate wig that I really didn't want.
I never got any responses to my emails on the second order so I never received that wig.
I've had similar issues with other doll vendors so I believe that they all have room for improvement.
With this being said I will use SSD in the future and I do recommend them as a vendor.”

Except for me researching for a month and throwing a lot of questions at Isaac and Ally.
So the choice fell on 6YE Amor Doll with WM head #159 and tan skin, the factory pictures looked great and then it went with UPS.....
UPS messed up big time: first the package arrived after 11 days (Standard Service is 5 days) and the package I received was only a head.
So after contacting Isaac, he quickly resolved the issue by tracing my package and got a courier to pick up the package I received.
The initial information from UPS was that they would deliver on Friday, which they changed to Monday for some reason. Because they don't deliver on Saturday. =/
UPS also doesn't have time slot choices, just until end of day delivery. So finally she arrived after an arduous journey late in the afternoon.
And Isaac didn't lie when he said she'd look better in person. =D
Love her thicc behind and legs, reminds me of Chun Li. =)
Also the tan color of the head and body blends well. ^-^

“Real doll. I have a TPE real doll, and here I wrote some good and bad stuff about sex doll.
GOOD STUF
• Jess, sex it feels just like with a real vagina, if you use quality lubricant.
• Anal sex is even better than on real woman. Oral sex is 95% as original.
• And you don't need to apply lubricant every time.
• Face is real enough so I easily to watch it and transition from head to neck is good.
• Body is perfect, and when I need sex I just put it out of the closet.
• If you do not come inside, you do not need to clean it. And I clean it only under the shower.
• Sex doll are definitely better than watch porn or masturbate. Because I rarely do that since I have doll.
BAD STUFF
• Doll is really cold. Sometimes I’m even scared to touch it. So I have to worm up bedroom in the winter to be hot entire room. We'll see how it will be in the summer.
• Doll is too heavy (32kg). I'm consider to be more strong than average man, and it's still difficult to set the doll in position. And it takes too much time to do that. Great feature would be if you could lock the position, because if sex is too rough it moves.
• Doll attract dust, especially because I use lubricant. Then it's sticky everything and she needs to shower every 2-3 use. Great feature would be if the skin would be so soft as it is when it is wet.
• It's too easy to damage the doll (and furniture or wall) If you move the doll around you must be careful. Even more when you sex. I scratch my table with doll elbow, scratch wall with doll leg… after 2month of usage I can count 10 damages on doll. Fingernails are taking off (3 so far). And fingers are need to be straighten out all the time. Consequently, they are already worn. I hope the doll will last 2 years, but I doubt.
• If you have stand able doll, you have to make an effort to make it stand.
• Breasts are too hard for my taste or compare to real.
FIX
• When I put the head on and screw it up, it had a little space and make a sound when sex. I fix that with pluming rope. Now it's fixed and head is little more difficult to turn around, which is good, because before the head turns around too easily.
• Storage is best in the closet. I even made second door, so if someone (some visitor) open my closet door, he would see another door (without hook).”
“doll was nice the breast dent happened Isaac sent me a video on how to fix and told me he was shipping me some glue to fix never came. The other breast has a weak spot in it this all in the first few hours checking it out.but lets start at the beginning I ordered Jayed in cocoa pink nipples n labia they sent me a picture she was pale ok they fixed that made her cocoa with natural nips n labia they sent me anther picture I said ok just ship her. then I get her n her breasts are defective rest of her is just fine. so now I have ordered the glue to try n fix the breast dent not sure what to do about the weak spot on other breast. The doll I received "Nurumi" is very pretty and has become an excellent companion in my home. She is definitely very realistic looking.
-- On the down side, She is heavier and stiffer than I anticipated. Changing her and moving the joints can be difficult despite my strength.

“The Marilyn doll is very lifelike in appearance and to touch of the “skin”. The skin color is slightly grayer in color and would suggest you order a more tanned model. The movement of the doll is quite stiff; and can really only move in one direction at once. Improvement could be made in the structure skeleton materials/joints to reduce stiffness. The doll has quite a bit of “creaking” sounds in the attachment of the head stud to the torso nut. Improvement could be made in the attachment fastener to reduce these sounds. The hands/fingers cannot take much bending; or curling of the fingers without damage; or poking the skeleton through the finger tips. I would still recommend the doll; just understand the limits. She is very beautiful and does “coax” you to interact with her.”
