I love Sofia kha Charradou! She’s the counter manager at Dior, Dillard’s Brandon Town Center. Ever since she’s been there, I’ve been hooked on Dior skin care, fragrance and makeup. I was just there last Friday for a spa event with Sheba featuring Dior’s Prestige skin care. Talk about being pampered! Sheba, National Skin Care Specialist for Dior was fantastic!! Love, LOVE, Love Prestige. My skin is soft, supple. I love the way Sheba did my makeup too…. Just enough glam♥️ Thank you Sofia and Sheba for making my day so special🥰 Marylou

Dilliards in Raleigh on May 5 - excellent customer service though there were so few associates it was tough on them to help people! The "Evening" selection was excellent. The associate attempted to help several customers on both ends of the floor. They need HELP. Dilliards in Wilmington - Brandon and Elexis Carson are a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, fun, knew their jobs and were determined to find the perfect shoe for me to wear to a wedding. She ordered the size that I needed. Elexis recommended a Dilliard account and I agreed because of her skills in helping me! Great young people. Muriel in the Evening Wear departments is EXCEPTIONAL in her knowledge, smile, genuinely helping customers! WOW - I was so impressed with her. Many thanks for ALL you did for me, Muriel. I bought, then returned, then bought again. She smiled the entire time.

I had a very positive experience at Dillard! The salespeople(dress & lingerie departments) were so helpful and knowledgeable…I will certainly be back again when I travel to Georgia!

I must be the only short fat man that shops at dillards, Went in to buy a suit and all they had where for a slim fit, same way on the shirts. Nor everyone is athletic built, from what I see only 20 percent of people are, the other 80 percent are like myself.

I love their choices in clothing, shoes, handbags and cosmetics, and I usually find what I want at Dillards. However, they've decided to clamp down hard on their 30-day return policy. This affects me because we live an hour from the closest Dillards, so I order online a lot. The 30 days period starts when you order and they have to receive your item before it's up. I'd purchased multiple sizes of several items from several stores to attend 3 weddings. When I started gathering things up to return, I realized I was 3 days over. I wrote an explanation and sent it in, but got it right back in the mail with a "more than 30 days" explanation. I called Customer Service and spoke with 3 different people. They were nice but firmly said I should have read the 30-day policy when I ordered. They also said Dillards had decided to clamp down hard on the return policy. I order online all the time from Sundance, Nordstorm, Bloomingdales, Dillards, Taos, Born, Talbots etc. and have never had this problem returning items. I'll be hesitant to order from them in the future, because I might be on a trip, the post office might be slow, etc.

I purchased a top from Dillard’s and was not informed that the top had to be returned within 3 days when I made the purchase. I had the receipt and my purchase had been made around one week prior. They refused to give me a store credit even after speaking to two managers. When I was leaving without a credit I asked for a bag because I was shopping with my mother and did not want to carry the top around without a bag. I asked the manager who had not even heard me talk to the sales associate and he told me I could have a bag if I showed the associate respect. I have worked in retail, food service and education and I have never been treated so poorly.

I bought my daughter a dress for prom on the Dillard’s website. I went to the store to look for shoes and saw the dress with 65% off two weeks after purchase. This was at the Pembroke Pines, Florida location. I spoke to the manager, Holly who-refused to let me return the dress and buy it at the sales price. She told me they don’t do price match. I completely understand but this was bought directly from Dillards on their own website not a competitor. I told her I would just return it and buy it later, and to be spiteful she took the return and never put the dress back on the floor. She told me that Dillard’s policy requires that they hold all returns in the back for 24 hours before they put them back on the floor. She never brought it back out. Who does that? What petty behavior for a business. I decided to purchase the same dress from a competitor. This type of nonsense is unacceptable. They have very poor management and zero customer service long. They lost another customer today.

The employees were incredibly rude to us and would not let us show off our potential prom dresses to our partners. there was no sex indicator on the dressing rooms and we have some racial differentiated people with us and we believe they were being racist and sexist. this store has good clothes but TERRIBLE customer service. 👎

They spend more time telling you what they can’t do, we don’t take returns or do exchanges on items reduced by 65% returns, we don’t do price adjustments, we don’t do competitor pricing adjustments. Return Labels cost $9. I sent this letter to Ronnie Kobo designs regarding Dillards. I wanted to bring a couple of things to your attention. While I love your items, and I usually purchase from Anthropologie or Nordstrom. I made a purchase from Dillards because Anthropologie did not have your Darine pants in stock. I searched the Internet. I saw that Dillards carries your brand, but I was a little confused because the pant I was looking for is called the Darine. Apparently, Dillards can’t spell and decided to put an L in the name of the model. I studied it and decided to take a chance that these were the right pants. And they are. Unfortunately, I needed to exchange them for one size up and Dillards refused, quoting their policy of not accepting returns OR exchanges on clearance items. I decided to try them on again using shape wear. When I tried them on the second time, my foot went through a hole that was in the hem, making the hem come halfway off. I then realized that these were not sewn, but rather hem tape was used. When I called Dillards to tell them what happened the CSR went to speak to a manager with the wrong account of what had occurred and based on that they made an assumption that when I tried them on I tore the hem. And said they were not responsible . Clearly the CSR didn’t hear or relay that my foot would not have gone through the hem had the hole not been there in the first place. Regardless, I was told they would not accept the return 3 times. Did I mention that this is the second time they have sent me a damaged item? I thought you should know that this company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. The shabby way they treat customers and the fact that they don’t even spell the name of the items correctly in order for your customers to locate items is disappointing. I thought you should know, and of course it is up to you if you wish to keep your name associated with them. Luckily there are many other great department stores, such as Nordstrom that treat their customers way much better. I went to Dillards store this weekend, and it looks like a store that it’s on its last legs. Let’s just hope that’s the case.

I was in the Great Lakes mall I'm Mentor, OH looking for wedding guest attire. I made two loops around the entire women's clothing floor because I thought surely I'd missed an entire section. No, they had just flexed clothing racks into empty areas to make it seem full. The lack of on-trend styles and size options were shocking. There was little recovery happening throughout the clothing. What once was a very nice department store now feels like an outlet. Macy's closed their doors in this mall - it's obvious that Dillard's is not far behind.

On Feb 19, 2024 I went to store in Columbia MO and picked up 3 Gold Label socks that had an $18 price tag. When I went to pay, the clerk rang up $20. I said item was priced at $18. Yeah, but it rang up at $20. Finally, she phoned someone and got permission to do me a favor and ring it up at $18. Wow.

If you want to go to Dillard's shop, be prepared to make more than one transfer because that customer service that forces you to pay at each station It's horrible... I don't understand why you can't go to the ground floor without paying if it's the same store!

I purchased shoes for my sister’s wedding back In April 2023 at the Park Meadows CO. store for almost $80 after tax. They were flats, no heel nothing too fancy but they ended up killing my feet so much so that I only wore them for about 10 minutes, put them back in the box and went barefoot for the rest of the wedding. I went back to the store several months later to buy shoes as a Christmas gift and asked if my other shoes were returnable. I said I did wear them very briefly so they were still in almost perfect condition. The salesperson asked if I had the receipt and I said no but I still had the original box, the proof of purchase sticker and I could show the charge on my bank statement. I was told I could bring them in and get store credit which I did a few days later and was then told by the manager that they were not returnable because I wore them and because they were not faulty in any way. I said of course not! They’re in near perfect condition so why can’t I at least get store credit? She refused, so then I asked if she could at least apply the credit toward the recent shoes I had just bought, again she refused. Customer service here is non-existent so I’ll return my shoes to a competitor store that will gladly take them back in return for store credit and I will shop there from now on instead.
