After a purchase from Direct Golf, (Callaway Golf suit), not being satisfied with it, I returned it, freepost, and was given a choice of a a credit note, a full refund, or a replacement suit. The outcome was a replacement, that was handled swiftly and with professionalism by the customer service team. Well done DG.

I ordered a TaylorMade Catalina Golf Bag online after a week and receiving nothing I emailed Direct Golf and they offered a full refund straight away (have to wait up to 10 working days to get the money which I think is a bit too long)
I do not have a store near where I live so ordering on line was ideal. I will use Direct Golf again but will wait to visit a store rather than ordering on line.

Direct Golf have been very helpful; sadly the courier used was awful, posting my item through the wrong door, never to be seen again and the item I ordered is now out of stock so having to get a refund and start again...streesssssss!

Quick delivery and hassle free so no complaints there. A little disappointed that I was told that although my price match was granted, a refund could not be applied to my order retrospectively. Still a little sceptical that I will be able to redeem a credit note that has been added to account that I have not created but fingers crossed. Overall a positive experience.
