“I've tried 4 different ways to get hold of their customer service. There's no number to ring but I've emailed, tweeted, written on their facebook page and messaged them on facebook, but no reply! I find it amazing that they can have such bad customer service!”

“Awful direct company. Can't understand why they let me write a review. Was ok firm, now taken over by Sports Direct (said wrong name on last review, sorry). Contact phone line has been removed with only. Contact only via eMail. I bought some shoes a couple of months ago and they refuse to acknowledge any liability to their guarantee. Don't touch with a barge pole! You have been warned.”

“Having spent over one thousand pounds in your Seafield outlet over the years I do not know why you do not honour golf gift vouchers. Your company have peoples monies paid for vouchers. This appears to be bad for customer relations . Regards Alex Gosman”

“Disgusted with the service. Took payment from me last week on the 30th for an order I placed in August and stated it was dispatched on the 30th and still no order or indication of when it will be arriving . Tried phoning and the telephone lines are down. So no way of tracking my order. Actually feel robbed”

“Absolutely shocking service. Informed item dispatched, a week later still no delivery, no way of contacting dispatcher and phone lines been down for at least 2 days, so no way of finding what's happening Save time and effort and buy from somewhere else.”

“Ordered a Ping putter at a very attractive price. However, no communication for over a month so called to find that it was out of stock and they had cancelled the order!. They did eventually manage to source one, apologised and promised some free balls as a gesture of good will. Whilst the putter arrived within three days, the balls didn't, Called again, promised call back didn't happen so called again. Eventually 6 Mizuno balls turned up three days later - a modest gesture I would suggest. People generally pleasant, but there are a lot of alternatives out there.”

“I waited almost 2 weeks for my order then I received an email off customer services "thanking me" for booking in a return and refund despite no attempt of delivery taking place. I think this was an attempt to try and boost sales from a "special offer" of 20% on all products despite the majority of goods not being in stock which is very, very poor and extremely misleading. This happened to another couple of people I know too. A good suggestion to everyone is to try American Golf instead as I have never had a problem from buying goods there. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid ????????????”
