I experienced problems with signal loss. Then I tried the service from mobileunlock.com. I also paid for several services from them in the hope that my signal would return. After completing all the payments, my signal didn't come back. I reported it via their support channel and was directed to reset the network, buy a new SIM card, airplane mode, etc. but there were no results, the response given was very unresponsive, then I applied for a refund for all the services I had paid for but there was no certainty because the status was already unlocked but my device still had no signal . I hope that by giving a review here I can get my rights back as a paying customer. Thank You

Hi Wandi Thanks for the feedback. As you can see in your video - your phone says "No Sim Restrictions" which means it has been unlocked by us. Not being able to get a signal is some other issue , possibly a new sim card is required, or maybe the phone is blacklisted in your country. Unfortunately as per our refund policy, we cannot issue a refund in this instance. Charlotte.

Easy to use, no messing around, the live tracking tells you exactly what’s going on and I was emailed ample times, my Samsung ultra is now unlocked, thank you direct unlocks. Excellent company, if you need your phone unlocking use them, I’d used another company without success, 100% recommend to anyone.

They took care of unlocking the phone, but they had to use a company in India because the phone could not be unlocked immediately. I had an issue with the company on India because they kept sending me long emails that provided no real information on how to schedule to unlock. It was just a lot of words that didn’t actually mean anything. I had to reach out to ask them multiple times when to schedule it. Even then they didn't understand my questions about scheduling. Finally we got it scheduled. Right after the company in India unlocked my phone, someone tried to make a fraudulent purchase on my debit card. It sounds like it was connected to giving them full access to my laptop where my passwords are saved. But, the phone was properly unlocked.

Ok length of time in total was about 20mins to get an unlock from start to finish. There is a 2 step process 1 to do an eligibility search and one to get the code bothwith 2 seperate payments, so have in mind there is a combined fee. Once you get past that nuance the process is simple and easy and worked first time. Much easier than the 2 day waiting list from vodafone.

It was a waste of money and they keep trying get more money from me after paying $28.99 they let me know if was for checking out and make me pay $50.00 just to tell me I owned $79.00 who it was a lie because the phone was paid in full long ago finally I call my carrier just to find out they unlock the phone for free in few minutes so don’t waste your money

Struggled to find a company online to unlock my daughter’s iPhone 6 fast. Found Mobile Unlocks and took a chance. Rapid response and phone unlocked within hours. Only downside is the additional payment required after their initial checks to ensure the phone can be unlocked. In my opinion the full charge should be shown, however, they unlocked the phone as requested in a short period of time so daughter was happy.
