“Scam. Paid €70 to have my device unlocked, they could not unlock it. And refuse to give a refund - only a credit note, which is essentially useless as they’ve proven they can’t do the one thing the credit note is intended for.”

“Wow, just wow. It charged me 6.99 to tell me what I ALREADY knew. Phone at&t LOCKED. I thought 6.99 was to get my factory unlocked phone back up and running. Company said it was unlocked. At&t said it WAS locked. Then the company threatens you that if you dispute charges they will BLACKLIST your phone!They will " assume" your phone you paid good money for is stolen. How many senior citizens like ME did this happen too? There are laws in EVERY state PROTECTING our rights. So they didn't so what they claimed they would then in terms threaten YOU? WOW, just wow.”

“Direct Unluck is a Scam. First of all the website said it costs $23.99 to unlock your phone. After you pay that money, another $44.99 for the unlock code. 2 days later, they charge you another 74.99 for software and cable (I never received a Danm cable). In the end, they said the Phone is compatible with our USB unlocking software. is a Samsung S7. don't bother your self you use this website unless you want to be scammed. It will be easy for me to buy a used phone for less money.”

“I went through the whole deal and was told that they couldn't unlock my phone because it didn't ask for an unlock code. They said that I was to receive a $74 credit to use on their site. They explained another method that could be used to unlock my phone. On their site when I tried to use the credit that they had given me, it would not accept the credit and began deleting my info as quick as I could enter it. I believe that their reviews are fake and they are running a scam. I will keep on them until I get satisfaction. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and can't afford to take a loss like this. “They are scammers! They asked for $28, then they asked for another $45, then another $245! They claim to have great reviews but, always be skeptical of a service that has no customer support. Only an email with some a-hole fraudster dropping more b.s. Stay away from these guys! They’re crooks!”

“Misled to believe that my phone would get unlocked for $28. Then they ask me for an additional payment of $134. They should be upfront with the cost. Very misleading practice. They need to refund. Terrible service. I emailed for a refund and no response.SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE”

“1 star is too many for these scammers. Had me after I paid an initial charge, then wanted much more to actually do it. Left a review on Trust Pilot which they somehow get pulled down, so I don't trust Trust Pilot anymore! Anyway, to avoid disappointment, avoid Direct Unlocks.”

“DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY FIRST DECEIVE YOU WITH THE FIRST $28 DOLLAR CHARGE THEN CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA $50 AND IT WAS ALL FOR NOTHING. AFTER WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS THEY DID NOT UNLOCK THE IPHONE AND AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET MY REFUND THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. THIS IS A RIP OFF!”

“Scammers - paid 28 dollar to have phone unlocked, then came back and said pre review completed , pay another 50 dollars to unlock the phone. Then went looking at reviews , of course warning they will drain my credit card so canceled my card. No mention of second payment when i first paid the 28 dollars. My bank text me about suspicious payment when paid first 28 bucks that should have been a warning but i ignored. ugh”

“From the get go this company has been less then professional. If you can even call them that. Hidden cost, not well explained. You have no way to contact them at all. They do not answer there emails! Really makes you think they are running a scam. Hoping after they don't contact you, that you will just forget about the money you paid and let it go. Not gonna happen this time! I have had phones unlocked before, and it has never taken this long before. It's probably been a week and 1/2 and I haven't heard anything from them. Beware if you use them, they also like to have reviews taken down and you blocked from leaving them if it does not suit them. I've seen other reports of this too.”

“I was always skeptical of using a credit repair company but I decided to give this experts a try. I am so glad I did. They have been so helpful in getting my credit score up.
