“I wouldn't use this company if it was the last phone unlocking service on the planet. Tell you 1 price then ask for more. Tell you it's a fast service and then once you're paid and commited tell you it takes 7 days. Reported to my credit company as a scam and 'suddenly' my phone is unlocked part way through day 3.
The customer service is terrible and they do not offer refunds or cancel the service if you don't wait to wait.
Don't use them, go to your local phone shop it's much cheaper then the almost £38 I was charged and it's usually unlocked within 24 hours not 7 days as I was originally told.

I would like to add that the reason your unlock took a little longer than normal is because we had to request an MCK code from the manufacturer as someone had entered an incorrect unlocking code more than three times. Your NCK code was delivered within the hour.
We quoted you 7 days because we like to under promise but over deliver.
