“I'm not happy with the service I received I ended up unlocking the phone with my carrier and my money was waisted with this service and the worst thing they didn't want to refund me because the service wasn't carried out as advertised. I'm really not happy to be robbed like this.”

“Avoid . The quote on the Internet was much lower than the end fee and it took well over a week to unlock. Make sure you nail down what it is going to cost to unlock.”

“The process of unlocking my iPhone 11 Pro Max is great but I didn’t like how they got you to pay two separate prices. The first one was for an eligibility check and the second one was for the actual unlock itself. The length of time it took to unlock my phone was around a day which was great, it was locked to EE but they managed to unlock it so my O2 SIM card worked with my phone.”

“Very sneaky bussines. Had to do 3 payments until they actually unlocked the phone. 1st payment ~5£ looked ok. Then second for some confirmation ~17£. After you paid these at the end they asked another 25£. Phone wasnt very expensive so at this point it wasnt worth this money but since I paid 2 payments already, what else could I do. Will NEVER use this again. Scam!!!”

“This website is stupid. They aren’t clear about what you actually need to do for it to be completely unlocked. They should probably notate that information before they make you pay $75 dollars. It’s a rip off, go somewhere else.”
