They took 4 business days to create shipping label. That was 12 days ago and it still says "just shipped" which is before "arrived at hub". Since im addicted to nicotine I have wasted another $20 on shitty pods, spent $13 on the first pack of cigarettes I've bought in several years, and yes, they hurt my lungs, then I spent $20 on a disposable vape to quit that. The whole problem is that they lied about shipping time. They claim 3-8 days on the website, and its not until after you purchase does it say business days. Well its been over 8 business days since the package left, which included multiple holidays. If I knew this I would have either payed the jackasses for expedited shipping or used a different website! I have been really inconvenienced. Do not reccomend. My theory is in the 4 days before they ship your package, they order your order from the suppliers. That is why some people do not have to wait, if they dont have to order from the suppliers. Even if I get it tomorrow on Business day 12 I will still be unhappy.

A month later and I still haven’t received my order and no response to me asking for a refund. They say they can’t mail stuff with regular carriers but sense I ordered a vape from them I ordered one from a different company, GOT IT, then ordered another one, GOT IT. Still nothing from directvapor. And those two vapes came via usps…. So wtf?? Waste of money and waste of time making sure someone was home all day waiting to sign for it.

Avoid this company at all costs. Bought the max tank-14 days later I got a notification it was delivered but I never received. Then submitted a ticket with the HelpDesk and haven’t heard from them in over a week. I’ve called twice to get a refund but they refuse until results of the deliver investigation are complete which they told me could take 3 weeks. It’s been over a month and still no MaxTank or refund. Take your business elsewhere.

I have placed orders with this company a few times, unfortunately the vapes I purchased didn't work on 1/2 the order and when I realized it was over refund date. Last order on May 23, has never arrived, said 21 days before I can be refunded. Not happy and no vapes $144

It's been three weeks since my order; called them and got through. I asked for a refund. They said it had to be three weeks since my order was placed. I told them it had been three weeks. Then, they said three weeks worth of business days. My vape pen is broke. I ordered one online because I'm disabled and it's difficult to get to a store. No updates on the shipping nothing. I cannot buy one elsewhere, who needs two vape pens? They were short and rude on the phone. Didn't want to help me just get me off the phone. Don't believe the average shipping times listed on their website; all lies.

I ordered 2 vape mods and one was defective. I contacted customer service and received a quick response after hours. They offered to replace the defective mod and I didn't even need to return the defective unit. A short time later, I received an email order confirmation. Order is being sent and the whole process took about an hour. Excellent service!

If could leave negative stars I would. Placed an order, they took the money and I have received Nothing. Order just keeps saying label created. I placed orders with 2 other companies the same day and received both in a timely manner. I try contacting them to no avail. Think I have been screwed.

Ordered $150 of product. Never got it. Called at 22 days and they stated I needed to wait 21 business days. Called at 21 business days, they stated they had to have it reviewed for a refund and it would take another 5 days. Super frustrating.

Seems like the same situation as everyone else. Direct Vapor is Turning Point Brands Inc out of KY. Customer service has no information to resolve shipping issues or program issues in their shipping tracker system. No carrier contact availability and the shipper they us (5 strings) have a version cell phone as a customer service number, that has been disconnected. It seems these issues have been going on with this company for a while. Sad that an American company can intentionally rip off so many people without any legal actions yet. Customer service isn't allowed to transfer or expedite your order to management for 21 days after shipping, regardless of situation or issues. The tracking you sign up for doesn't work.

Ordered 4/28/22 and as of 5/27/22 it just says label created have recieved the same message over and over saying give it 21 days not including weekends and holidays so today when asked for a refund was argued with given the run around then again sent the same automated message. I'll be contacting my bank for fraud since this is how their "customer service" operates.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, and it’s still pending. Went through the not-so-helpful customer support chat bot to maneuver my way into sending a support ticket. Got a response that orders can’t he canceled because they “get sent out so quickly”. Yeah ok. Got told it’d be escalated to management. Mmhmm. Nothing. As it stands, I’m writing this off as a loss and will just order from other places in the future.

Unable to speak with a manager ("they just left for the day"), excuses for shipping, invalid phone number for 5 string solutions (delivery company), told to wait 21 days to be refunded. IF refunded it can take 3-10 business days. the tracking info is invalid and states there was an attempt to deliver ( no delivery we have cameras on site). Over all this is just the biggest headache and $70+ out of my pocket. NEVER AGAIN!

Dont waste your money here. Their customer service emailers are done by a-holes who think it's fun to ridicule and prod you. They blame their delivery company but they hired them. I have requested a refund but they will not contact carrier to have items returned. See their latest response attached. AVOID AVOID AVOID. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE ORDER.

No delivery ever attempted!!! They are hiding all negative REVIEWS about this . Avoid this jipjob of a company. They will never return your call and they have no customer service/support. AVOID AVOID AVOID .. TOTAL RIPOFF. GOT ME FOR $250. DONT BE A FOOL. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!! Never received a thing. Not even a phone call. Total scam site.

Over a month and haven't received order. I've contacted them half a dozen times, and they always have a new reason to not be able to provide a refund. Terrible business, likely a scam. I'm reporting to them to actual reporting agencies.

Shipping says 3-8 days. Never received my product after 8 business days. Contacted customer support and was told I have to wait 21 business days for a refund or replacement. Yep 21 business days for 3-8 day shipping. They use a 3rd party shipper, 5 Strings Solutions. Tracking says and I quote “Carton left behind at delivery center” Don’t know if this is a reflection on their business or just their shipper.
