“This is a scam. For the first week I kept getting a message of label created. Then 4 days at a hub. Interestingly, today it arrived at the hub at 2:59 PM, it is 11:07 AM. I will be joining others in a class action lawsuit. Straight up scam. Never received the order.”

“Dont waste your money here. Their customer service emailers are done by a-holes who think it's fun to ridicule and prod you. They blame their delivery company but they hired them. I have requested a refund but they will not contact carrier to have items returned. See their latest response attached. AVOID AVOID AVOID. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE ORDER.”

“No delivery ever attempted!!! They are hiding all negative REVIEWS about this . Avoid this jipjob of a company. They will never return your call and they have no customer service/support. “They delivered the wrong items. I showed the the package slip, pictures of the product, and the receipt. They went back and forth saying they didn't receive the attachments in its many forms. They wear you down rather than try and do the right thing. This company appears to be in trouble. Stay away.”

“Order placed with them February 2, there is still no delivery day available on my order. According to my shipping information the order wasn’t packed until the 12th and picked up by the shipper until February 14. That is 12 days just to pack six vapes in. Last time using this company As this is my third attempt to order with them. Order stated 3 to 8 business days which is not the case.”

“I actually used direct vapes for over a year and had no problems up until recently. Therefore there should be no problem, I am in the system age verified and all. With that being said, it has now been *8 days* since my order has been listed as "being packed". Not only had it not been shipped out yet but the order hasn't even been filled yet! That's ridiculous! I understand wait times with the pandemic and all; I am an understanding person but, when your left in the dark and, you advertise SAME-DAY it NEXT-DAY shipping and you don't live up to it that's so inconsiderate and just rude!! And let me add, trying to get into contact with someone through customer service had been the BIGGEST effing hassle. They site took me on circles & of course the customer service number is closed on weekends 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've never had so much trouble with a company before. Really disappointed.. did I mention this happens to be the biggest amount of money I spent with this company as well. Not in total but at once. I'd normally spend about $20-30 depending on what I needed. Well I spent almost $70 not $20 and Id like to know wtf is going on! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I even placed an order with the other company I use and literally got it in 2 days and they are further away from me then direct vapes. Wtf direct vapes.. definitely lost me as a customer in this one.”

“I loved Direct Vapor as my go-to for direct sales, but they have mishandled my last two orders badly enough to warrant dumping them as a supplier. They tout on their website that orders placed before 12p ET are picked and shipped same day, and this is not the case. I complained to customer service, who ignored and tried to hone in on the fact I paid for Priority shipping with a 2-4 business day window. Yes, and that upgrade was purchased with the understanding the order would be pulled and shipped same day, not two days later. I've filed complaint with the Florida AG office over this, since they're advertising services they can't apparently fulfill.”
