Not a scam site. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews here, however my whole order arrived today. I placed the order 03NOV22, and although the tracking from the 3rd party shipping company lacks a bit on tracking (no update from 04NOV22 until 09NOV22), it arrived today which is 10NOV22 on a military installation. I'm not going to make a complaint about the shipping company, although their tracking doesn't update as with big name carriers, they did show up to my house by 0830 and they still did their job. My rating for DirectVapor.com is 5/5, and for the shipping carrier 4/5. I will be buying from them again.

I ordered 2 vape mods and one was defective. I contacted customer service and received a quick response after hours. They offered to replace the defective mod and I didn't even need to return the defective unit. A short time later, I received an email order confirmation. Order is being sent and the whole process took about an hour. Excellent service!

Excellent customer service. The Final Mile Carrier update the day before really helped me a lot in the process of receiving my order because then I knew when to expect the phone call and to be there to actually sign for the delivery of my package.

Direct Vapor is my go to site for vape products. Even with the new vape laws and bans they are working so hard to make sure my favorite juices still get to me. I ordered on Feb. 3rd and received my shipment on Feb. 9th. Everyone I’ve ever talked to has been so nice and extremely helpful! They have a great selection and awesome prices!

Incredible selection Great prices, fast easy shipping. You all are the best! Loved the other vape I also got and only had to do was put in a battery and my Swag is working perfectly! Love the new design. You guys are the best!

Very Fast service and delivery. I placed an order for a tank and 2 different kinds of pods on Friday late afternoon they processed and shipped the order the next day on Saturday and I got it Tuesday morning. Very happy. Will buy from them again.

I'm pretty shocked to see so many negative reviews because I've had nothing but good experiences with them. No issues at all and fast shipping (I get my packages within a week each time even with Covid delays). Shipping fees never bothered me because even with shipping fees, I still end up paying less money for my order than if I were to go to one of the many vape shops in my area.

I dont get all the bad reviews. I only order from them. They are fast and legit. The age verification sucks but only sicks once.

I will DEFINITELY order from Direct vapor again.I ordered 2 Aegis X'S and set of batteries Sunday night and received them on that Thursday (only because of holiday Wednesday). I also put my coupon code in and website kept taking if it off on final page but I talked to customer service and they asked me what code I used and still honored it and refunded the difference. I read alot of bad reviews after ordering and got really worried I was going to get ripped off but they were great in every area as far as getting products to me on time, responding back to me when I reached out to them, and the vapes are awesome. Thank you direct vapor!! Oh yeah prices were great also that is why I ordered from them in first place

I placed and order from DirectVapor and after reading reviews I could not stop stressing over whether or not my order was gonna be correct, or even show up. After placing my order, they began packing it within a day and it was shipped out within two. Upon delivery, I was nervous to open my package given the possibility that something would be missing from my order, but luckily, everything was there! Not too sure what all the bad reviews are about because this service was on par with amazon in my opinion. Will certainly be ordering from here again!

Upon reading reviews, I was skeptical of ordering from this company, however everything was perfect. I placed the order, paid for 2-4 day shipping, and they got it shipped out and on the road all in less than 48 hours. The package finally arrived about 5 days after I placed the order and received everything I paid for. I couldn’t be happier with it! The service was fast and everything was amazing! Thank you DirectVapor. I would 1000000% recommend buying from this company to anyone!

Short story: my experience was fantastic! Long story: I ordered a starter kit (Freemax Twister 80W Metal Edition) because it was a great price and free shipping (I ended up paying $10 extra for priority shipping; 2-4 days). Then, I stumbled upon some reviews and, honestly, was a bit scared of how long it would take to actually pack or if I would receive the right product. HOWEVER, my order was packed and shipped the same day (May 30th)! And I received it today, 2 days later! The item I received was exactly what I ordered with no damage to the packaging, at all. I've only just started using the kit, but I've had no problems as far as its function. Overall, I'm very happy with DirectVapor!

I order on the 18th .. it came on the 23 .. free shipping my name is Joe i am real.. they drag there feet on packing ,, but i cant complain so i am all in all happy with the service i got!! i must say all the negative reviews had me stressing .. im hear to say the did good at there job.. i am geographicly close A state away.. so i do think if you live on the east cost the on should order on the east cost if you want to get your stuff with little weight .. like wise north south east west.. you get the point .. im not saying others arent valid complaints in my situation i have none.. thank you direct vapor!

I didn't read the reviews (like I normally do when ordering from a new company) before I placed my order. After I placed my order for my 29 year old son, I checked the reviews and panicked when I saw some of the reviews. Well, I have to tell you. I will definitely order from this company again. Not only did I save $11.00 by ordering it from Direct Vapor vs. other companies but I placed my order on a Sunday and received it by Thursday. I ordered a Horizon Falcon King Sub Ohm Vape Tank. My son said it worked great and was thrilled that it came with an extra coil. As I said, I will definitely be ordering from them again.

direct vapor review Initially these reviews worried me, but after realizing that most people suffer from a lack of patience - and an ability to be understanding, I decided to take the plunge. I’m so glad I did because not only did they follow through with their 3-day packing period (they actually packed it within 1.5 days), but they also met the priority shipping commitments that I paid extra for. The total amount of days waited (not counting Sunday and the day I ordered it) for the items was 2 1/2. Although people claim to understand, it seems that they don’t quite get the severity of the pandemic right now, especially in the earlier months of March/April. I ordered another box mod kit almost TWO MONTHS ago from another online vape store, and I still have not received it. After being assured I would eventually get it - I stopped and took a breath and decided to make another order from somewhere else. Even though this is disappointing, it still doesn’t warrant a 1 or 2 star review - especially because i don’t know, there are people dying. The fact that Direct Vapor is still able to provide services, and fulfill orders in a timely manner (even despite some issues) shows their commitment to their customers, and to their employees who probably need their jobs. I also want to remind everyone that if you pay for 2 day shipping at USPS right now, it could take up to a week or more to arrive to its destination. This has been improving lately but keep in mind that this isn’t ideal but it’s affecting everyone - and despite what people might think, a company cannot control or change the issues of shipping right now. (BTW i’m not dismissing complaints that are valid, as I’m sure there are areas where improvements can be made, but a 1 star for a 1.5 weeks shipping delay is excessive and unnecessary. Think about it, 1.5 weeks, or TWO PLUS MONTHS?

I'm computer challenged, my daughter helped me make my first order, everything went well, I decided to make another order this morning, I called customer service and spoke to DARLENE, she answered all my questions and helped me make my second order, that was great, I had a couple more questions this evening so I called customer service again, KATHERINE was my representative, she answered all my questions and was patient with me, so all in all VAPOR DIRECT has awesome customer service and awesome products, sincerely Larry Lee
