The ordering process was very easy. Shipping was fast with good packaging. I didn’t inquire for assistance, so I can’t speak specifically to customer service but I have no doubt that would have been great too. The banner stand I ordered was easy to put together and looked great. Unfortunately, we had a wind storm a couple weeks after I put it up and the next day I found both side poles bent to the ground and the banner laying about 25ft away with the top pole still attached. Now I know that if thunderstorms are in the forecast, I should take it down. Lesson learned.

These arrived unassembled and one ultimately never worked. They sent 2 new remotes for the lights, neither of which worked with the lights that were sent with the graphics.

Your products and selections are good, but your shipping is absolutely horrid. WHY do you ship small items in large boxes with an excessive amount of paper filler? It's incredibly wasteful and seemingly would be more expensive to you, and ultimately the customer via increased shipping costs. For example, I regularly order four small items (the same item). Rather than coming together in one appropriately sized box, each comes in its own large box filled with paper, then those four boxes are all contained in an even larger box. When I place the order, I've asked for the items to be shipped together in a smaller box, and I'm told it will be. But when I receive the order, items are still packaged individually in oversized boxes. What an incredible waste. If I could find this item from another source with better packing and shipping processes, I would 100% order from that source. So far, I've been unable to find this item elsewhere. Please do better.

You provided me a quote that was Tax Exempt. The charge you submitted to my Credit Card included Tax. It's taking . . . for . . . ever . . . to get a refund. Getting a refund was/is frustrating. Couldn't answer how long . . . still hasn't been processed. Fingers crossed.

Fast delivery! Easy to assemble (easier with 2 people.) Very good fit & finish.. A lot more stable than I was expecting. Very pleased and highly recommended!

I love your products and have been a customer for years, but shipping is absolutely insane and has made it to where I am currently looking elsewhere for my stand-off needs. For example, I paid $329.8 for 20 small boxes of stand-offs and the shipping came to $131.92. That means the shipping cost is almost half (40%) of the price of your product. In an age where shipping is so affordable elsewhere, I can't imagine that your business model is sustainable. I hope you partner with more affordable shipping companies, but if not, I will not be able to keep purchasing from you.

I’ve answered these requests for feedback in the past. We have brought you thousands of $ in business recently and you run specials all the time on rotating items but when we ask for some sort of discount for resale you offer “zero”. You’re not the only place for these items and will probably look elsewhere in the future.

Incorrect item was ordered and I called to cancel the order, which was confirmed by a customer service rep. The order was sent anyway and when I sent it back and was told that I would get a full refund, they deducted for shipping (both ways).

While the ordering process and delivery were great, the product itself is another story. The stand has a plastic clip which allows the "neck" to be adjusted. This clip broke on the third use.

Normally I would give 5/5, as I have ordered display cases and smaller items for displays in California and Texas. I love their products! However, this time (for the first time) I encountered problems on two display cases. Only one of the four doors fits, it appears that the bottom opening where the door should attach has been depressed or beat down. I don’t know what to do to fill in the existing gap as it is in the main frame of the case. Also each case has two top lights. Only one light works. If the company can offer a solution to fit the doors, I would much appreciate it.
