“The process was pretty simple, but could been more flexible, in that completing the form I asked about the extra protection on the sofa but that would have meant having to start again rather than just going back and adding it.”

“My son and daughter in law couldn't pay for their vet bill all in one go, and didn't have a good credit rating because of thier age. Thiis was the only other option for them to have the bill put in my name. I hope they will offer other options for people in similiar circumstances as they might not have anyone like myself to do this for them.”

“I had a problem between my bank and the app. By the time the Bank had sorted this out the app had timed out and I had to start again. After about 3 attempts it worked but I continued to get reminders from DivideBuy to say In had not completed so I was unsure and still am as to whether it went through. This is a system bug so I marked up and wrote down.”
