Item I ordered was on next day delivery, unfortunately courier didnt deliver. Messaged Domu who said they would sort it out and apologised. They did and I got my goods the next day very pleased

Order days late. I gave up my day off to receive the delivery as you must be in the house it it is taken away again. Day off wasted. Communication from courier non-existent. Wrong parts sent. Took over two weeks to get correct parts sent out. Late again. The replacement parts could not be sent separately so a whole new unit was sent, which they agreed to collect. Eventually I built the unit but the drawer sticks out by two inches so doesn’t close meaning pre-drilled holes were wrongly measured. I’ve had to buy an electric drill to fix it myself. It’s been 10 working days since the agreed collection date so the unit has been sitting outside my house for nearly two weeks. It’s 4ft and 35kg therefore I cannot dispose of it myself. The company is now refusing to collect it altogether. Also there’s no phone number available.

I ordered two products from the Vonhaus website via Domu.One of them unfortunately contained a broken part.The customer service responded immediately to the complaint, sent a replacement and offered to collect the defective product.I am completely satisfied with their problem solving skill.

Ordered Hedge Trimmer 18th August, through Amazon, (in stock)...delivery 23rd/24th, got message to say would be delivered today (24th) waited in all day...not delivered, now to be expected between 25th-29th.....if not received, can have refund. Don't want refund, want trimmer, why advertise as in stock, when clearly it is not! Reported to Amazon.

I was bought a Vonhaus cable when I ordered my electric car nearly 14 months ago. Covid plus parts from China and Ukraine caused the massive delay. When the car arrived I unwrapped the cable and tried it. It was faulty. It was bought as a gift from a person and I dont have the purchase details or reciept. Given the unique circumstances I was hoping for a little support from Vonhaus. Despite various E mails,Vonhaus and the parent company DOMU would not help. You cannot speak to anyone as they will only deal with you online - hiding behind E mails. Frustrating company with no common sense nor customer empathy. AVOID.

Returned an item because it was the wrong shade cost nearly £17 to send back from a post office as there are no other options this company not interested in refunding postage won't be using them again....

I bought battery hedge trimmer which failed just outside the two year warranty. The product has since been withdrawn and there is no repair service or parts availabliity. Similar product is still offered for sale on Amazon. No telephone service - only email. Avoid at all costs.

i bought replacement strimmer cord that spewed out everywhere choked my strimmer so it cant be used, tried to get them to replace it to no avail, given the run arround for almost three weeks so ive given up, i urge potential customers to shop elsewhere they are the pits.

I ordered garden furniture through amazon. After not arriving on the delivery date I was told by domu my order was still in the warehouse. One week later I was told by amazon my order had been cancelled by domu .I contacted domu who told me the order was not cancelled and it was on its way . I then waited two weeks for delivery to be told this week yes your order has been cancelled. Shocking customer service very disappointing I have all the emails stored. They only acknowledged the fact it was cancelled after I contacted domu.

I would strongly advise any potential customer to avoid using DOMU. I ordered a garden dining set via Amazon with them. I can fully understand, given current pressures of the pandemic that deliveries can be delayed. However, DOMU consistently failed to communicate any update or take responsibility for the service. I also note their chosen courier is XPD. I advise any potential customer to do their research on both companies and find an alternative supplier if possible.

Delivery date not met and no subsequent delivery date specified (ordered through Amazon). Not able to cancel order as not required with late delivery date - and would not have ordered if I had known. No way to communicate directly. No response. Will never order from/through DOMU. Should spend more time on customer service and less on shiny website.

Ordered a vanhous pollytunnel with domu and it arrived within three working days and was very easy to assemble the framework was was of the best I have come across however after a year the cover started to deteriorate quite bad. I reported this and they replaced the whole pollytunnel with no hassle a brilliant service and would use this company again. A great big thanks to Domu staff for their great service

Absolutely awful customer service when returning an item. They will make any excuse to hold onto your money and refuse to give you a refund. You'll be lucky to get a refund after a number of weeks, or maybe even get one at all.

Appalling customer service. I returned a fryer but had to ask twice for the return label. It was returned but heard nothing from them. When I chased it up, I had to prove it had been sent back. Had to chase again for the refund, was told 7-10 working days. No refund. Then I was told Amazon had to refund the money. Chased again and was told I would be refunded in a few days. Chased again to be told it would take up to 30 days to refund. I’m still waiting and will pester them every day until I get the money DONT use this company

BEWARE: Purchased in October 2018 Domus told me that they're not interested in supplying spare washers so making this urn scrap. Their excuse was they don't keep spares for old equipment, funny they're still selling the VonShef Catering Urn, Stainless Steel Hot Water Dispenser Perfect for Tea, Coffee and Instant Boiling Water with Automatic Temperature Control & Keep Warm Function - 8L

i bought a 20 volt mitre saw with a spare battery from Domu. I sent it back because it wasn't fit for purpose. Since then i have mislaid the return receipts. They won't refund the money until i send them the return receipts. There is a 72 hour delay in them answering any e mails. This is longer than it would take to answer a letter. Every answer they give me is always a short sentence that gets me no further forward. In effect, they have taken my money and i have nothing to show for it. They have stolen my money. I can't even talk to them on the phone so we can settle this once and for all. I need to get a copy of the return receipts from DPD. Easier said than done. I cant phone or talk to them. I am owed about £160 from Domu but it looks like i'll have to call it a loss and i think it is disgusting.
