“Done has provided exemplary mental health care for me for the last 3 years. I live in a rural area where psychiatric care is challenging to find and maintain. Done has regularly made themselves available for not just routine appointments, but also troubleshooting. My overall quality has greatly improved since having access to this service which I otherwise would not.”

“I have been with DoneFirst for 3 years now and rarely have I ever ran into any issues. They are quick to respond to messages and emails. I honestly have nothing bad to say about DoneFirst. They have been the worry free solution to getting my medication.”

“Their platform makes it super easy to download a super bill if you need it for insurance purposes. I highly recommend Done because their customer service is superb and they make it easy to talk to a provider on their platform. Their service has helped me immensely while living in a small town which kept me out of reach of many providers. Online appointments takes the hassle out of making it to in person appointments.”

“Initially things were smooth, then when there was a provider change it was difficult, as well as a national shortage with the medication. This was corrected as much as it could be by done, by resetting my payment date accordingly. Since having Dr. Soto for some time now, I have had no issues and my refills have been extremely prompt. Right now, I have to give DONE a 5 star review for the way they have handled the past year.”

“Done has been great. My Provider is always a message away, prescriptions are alway sent to the pharmacy on the day they are due, and our consultations are done from the convenience of wherever I am.”

“I have had nothing but a great experience. I’ve been diagnosed with adhd since 2009 and it’s so much easier to have virtual appts because I have two kids under 2 and it’s hard for me to find a babysitter. If I ever have an issue the customer service team responds almost immediately and takes care of the issue. If you Can afford $79 a month it is worth every penny. My adhd has never been managed better!”

“There's been a lot of improvement at Done over the past few months. They've gotten much better about their consistency with calling in prescriptions in time for refill, and my assigned health practitioner has been much more responsive and proactive.”
