The worst service I made my first order and the place was closed when I arrived to pick up my order I tried to cancel the order but the application told me that if I canceled the order they would not return my money so I waited a little longer to make a clarification I did it and the result was against me they did not return the money nor did I receive the order, I asked for another clarification in the help chat and they continued to deny, a terrible service

Two accurate delivery too my hospital room and one 8 dollar delivery left at main floor reception. Messagedv customer support and asked for the prepaid tip to be credited . Just the tip in aspirin of unneeded largesseCS rep credit entire order . I expect to be listened too especially when I contact the next level of complaint . I canceled account as I don't need the aggravation.

We didn't receive our order since it was delivered to another address. Door dash refused to refund us since the order was completed. Someone else enjoyed our food. What annoyed me was the company didn't believe me. I requested a manager to contact me. Most door dash drivers take a picture when they deliver the food which I will request. I will never use door dash again.

Worst company ever. They cheat their drivers as a business model. And lie about every single thing they can lie about. Average 20 /hr lies... new wait time feature, All lies. It's really terrible. If a dasher union could some how form they would be in for it

ON the 14th of April I placed an order with Dairy Queen. I had 2 items missing from my order. Door Dash gave me a credit of $7.52, but both items total $22.70 before tax. I got no explanation why I did not receive the total credit and when I inquired as to why I am told the case is closed. I do not understand why I cannot at least get an explanation why I only got a credit for only a third.

Charged me $5.85+ tax for guacamole and chips, DIDN'T DELIVER THEM AND ONLY OFFERED A $1.80 CREDIT!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!! i WILL REMEMBER AND TELL EVERYONE I CAN HOW THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!

The most rude is m************ ever do not even have an account with doordash and someone hacked my credit card for $107 by the name of Sonia smfh telling me I was not charged but my bank say otherwise

I gave it one star because I had to. There is a computer glitch on the app. I ordered 3 chicke. Tacos from a restaurant, but received grilled chicken covered in cheese and mushrooms. I don’t like shrooms. When I spoke to a DD rep about the problem, they didn’t care, blamed the restaurant, and did nothing to fix my order. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I ordered something for my sister. Put in the address. Verified said address. Put the order in and their website changed the address from West to East. Did they fix the issue. No, they wouldn't redeliver or refund so I could reorder. I got the response "While we could not fulfill your request this time, please rest assured that we'll continue to work to improve our process to ensure you'll have a great experience moving forward." Worst customer service EVER!!!!

Not lying when I say that at least upwards of 60 % percent of the times I 've ordered some came missing from the restaurant or eaten on its way over to my house. THEIR DELIVERY PERFORMANCE , THEIR ONLY JOB , THEY ARE AWFUL AT IT. I canceled my app once again and for the last time. No mas , like Roberto Duran said, of Doordash for me. They should hire the same personnel who designed their official online site , for although being facetious that's the only good thing about their operation , for since it can't be only happening to me, soon they'll go the way of Darwin, sorry to say.

Horrible service. I ordered a burger and fries from Shakeshack. Watched as driver sat for half an hour after picking up my order. Food arrived and was cold. Doordash offered me a $6 credit. Ridiculous!

Today, I ordered from a fast food restaurant. The dasher delivered the wrong food ordered. I called DD, they denied my request to refund my money. I called the fast food restaurant and was told by the manager that my food was still there nearly 40 mins later. He told me he couldn’t refund my money and to call DD again. Again DD denied my request. I phoned DD again and asked why they weren’t refunding my money and could I give them the address and phone number of the fast food restaurant so they could verify that my food was never picked up by the dasher, and to look at the photo, the fast food restaurant uses brown paper bags and the photo was of a plastic white bag. I was so upset I started crying because of the insanity of talking to multiple DD members about refunding nearly twenty dollars. I do not like DD any longer as several of my orders from different restaurants have been wrong to no fault of mine. I don’t recommend DD and am very disappointed in how they’ve treated a valued customer. They have lost my business and respect.

Ordered food through DoorDash. First driver waited and withdrew from delivering my order. Second driver picked my order up and canceled my order. I was issued a refund immediately thankfully, but I had waited an hour for my food. I called the restaurant and they confirmed that my order was picked up so I couldn’t go get it. I contacted DoorDash for assistance and she just restated that I was refunded and the driver canceled my order. I do believe I was issued an express delivery for my next order but all I wanted was food delivered now.

Placed an order and Doordash brought me a completely different restaurant than what I had ordered. Simple mistake, I'm sure the driver brought me someone else's order. Spoke with management and waited for a return call for 5 days and I was told my money will not be refunded

every time I order from Uncle Remus in Chicago it goes through door dash and every single time I never get my food and then when I call for refund they say ok but then put it on an account. It has taken me 7 calls in 7 days to get them to refund my money back to my card. I will never ever use door dash again!

had an outrageous experience with this company today... After waiting over 45 minutes extra for this order (over 20 watching the driver drive back and forth on my street) I never got my food. I received a photo of a delivery I never got. The driver never answered my calls or texts while I waited. then the company has THE NERVE to credit me 5 measley dollars of my almost 20 dollar order. I don't want your lousy credits, I want a refund so I never have to use your app again. also, worst customer service I ever encountered
