Dashers take way to long to pick up and deliver food

They never send a english speaking dasher. I'm on crutches and it's very difficult for me to walk to the front to meet the Dasher. Prior they would send someone that spoke english but lately everyone. They send said can't speak english and he doesn't understand when I'm trying to explain to him how to punch in the code To get into the gate and because of that, my food has been cold or I've had to have someone else go and meet the Dasher that speak Spanish I will never use them again.

One of the worst experiences ever was waiting for my food for an hour and my order never arrived and on top of that they wanted me to wait for 12 hrs to be reviewed on the case CAN DO BETTER DOORDASH -A LOYAL DASH PASS MEMBER

DoorDash stole my money. I canceled the order and what they don’t tell you is if you cancel your order, you will not get your money back. I canceled the order before they even had a chance to prepare it right after I made the order I canceled it and they would not give me my money back, They are out here, literally stealing money from people. They should tell you that before you cancel or try to cancel that if you do, you will not receive a refund. They didn’t wanna give me a credit they didn’t give me anything

Door Dash stole $14.25 from me. My order included a $35 item that was never received. I called the restaurant & they did not refund the item or agree to run the missing item over. They told me reimbursement must come from Door Dash. I submitted the issue to Door Dash and they only reimbursed $20.75 for a $35 item. I am still owed money - $14.25

Dasher didn’t follow instructions to get to my door, cancelled my order as he was talking to me- telling me he did not speak English. My double dash he left on the ground 4 blocks away! Customer service tells me it’s my fault he called me, but he doesn’t speak English. He cancelled my order as I watched! I had to pay a restocking fee for an order that was cancelled in front of my face. Customer Service questioned me because I texted him. Where is the beer, but he told me to text him because he doesn’t speak English. I had no way to communicate. I have a picture of a location that I can show is blocks away from my house that he dropped it off on the ground, there’s a door code to get into my building that I left, but he didn’t try and when I tried to go downstairs, he drove away. I’m now paying double for the same thing waiting twice as long and I paid a restocking fee.

I ordered alcohol four things of wine. And the Dasher brought me four soda bottles. Spent an hour on the phone trying to get support. They said they would refund me. But then denied it later. This is not the first time DoorDash has done this. And I was a Dasher for a while. So I'm really disappointed, in the fact that DoorDash thinks they can, even though the items are not being delivered.

I ordered some food from IHOP and I got my order it was the wrong order so I asked to have it we delivered I still don't have my food so when I call to get a refund I'm told no I can't have a refund because I asked for a redelivery I have no food and no money now I cannot leave my job to go get anything and then the doordash representative decided to hang up on me and issue me a credit for doordash instead of my money back I will never use doordash again

I ordered food on 4/12. Dasher picked it up, then made several pickups and stops. By the time she delivered my food she’d had it 30 min. The food was cold. I opened a chat and was told they would give me a refund. Fast forward 3 days and I get a $3 refund, not $17.77 that was owed. I chatted again and asked for a phone number. When I got a person that couldn’t hardly speak English, I called the dasher a moron, she called me unsafe and hung up. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I literally work 5 min from where I ordered from. DoorDash still refuses to make it right. I had to throw my could food away that day because heating it up made it just gross. I’ll be going with Grubhub in the future. I’ll refuse to use DoorDash ever again

They sent my order to a chain restaurant a town away rather than the one down the road. A dasher wouldn't pick it up and they refused to refund my money or do anything about it. I got a horrible customer service messaging service that kept saying they wouldn't do anything until my order was delivered. Which it never came.

Nothing but trouble with DoorDash. Drivers are terrible. Orders are constantly wrong and arriving late. It can’t be that hard to make sure the proper name is on the order prior to leaving the restaurant. I order to hotels often, they are always leaving the orders at the wrong room. For the amount they charge in fees and everything else, you would expect better service. Save your money. I won’t be using them again.

Claudia G in Odessa, Tx stole my food She sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes said car was not starting. Then I offered to go get my food from her. All of sudden her car works. She drives to a house nowhere near mine and sits there for another 15 minutes. I get a text how does she enter my house. I told her you are not at my house and screen shot the tracker map. She continues to sit there. Then drives off after 10 more minutes. I call door dash to complain which they said we can cancel and so refund. But she was slowly making her way to my neighborhood. The cancellation goes through as she passes my street. I call her she plays she hangs up on me then turns phone off. Claudia got free food on me tonight. Door dash doesn't fire people or correct behavior they just block them from ever delivering to me again. So Claudia can go on to steal more food!!!!!

Everytime I order something either something is missing or the order gets delivered to a complete different area that's not applicable to my actual location so I basically get my money stolen because the way door dash does their refund is ridiculous and unhelpful

I ordered mcdonalds today around 140pm, when the food came we opened the bag and to see I'm missing items from my order, missing a big mac sandwich and 2 orders of fries. I clicked the help and it told me I wasn't eligible for a refund. So I called mcdonalds and they tell me to call door dash. So I called customer service and spoke to Ferrah at 227pm, she tells me with out letting me finish my sentence that I'm not eligible for a refund, so I tried to ask if they can redeliver the items, she cuts me off again saying that I'm not eligible, now I tried to be nice but she was rude cutting me off. So I asked her why she said I'm blocked because I had refunds before, ok so when a restaurant don't give you your items, or gives you the wrong items am I not supposed to report it, it is my money on the line here. She was so dismissive, I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she tells me that there is not supervisor, how is there no supervisor? And she insisted on telling me that I can speak to whoever because they are going to tell me the same thing. This is the second time my order got messed up and door dash won't help. Farah was rude, not caring, no customer service skills, and basically making me feel I'm not a value customer when I used door dash alot, she didn't even try to calm me down, she just kept going at it, I'm very disappointed in how door dash works, and that there is no supervisor around and how customer service can behave like that. I left being a ubereats customer because door dash had better prices and were good. Nope Farah and the fact door dash kept my money twice is the reason. For this bad review, which I'll leave everywhere again and again, because I feel I shouldn't had been treated like this. And this sucks when I really did like using doordash

Do not become a dasher. I signed up to deliver in March and they still haven't delivered my pay card almost a month later. Support is worse than an internet provider- I have been hung up on multiple times today

I’m tired of missing items via DoorDash. Recently ordered 4 items driver delivers one. I tried to refuse the order but he doesn’t speak English. This is a real problem. He used google translate to tell me he had a code for a pick up box. I know when I enter the code it says in English don’t forget to ask for your sides & drinks. When calling services they offer 50% off for a meal your family can no longer eat. This never happened on a previous wrong order. company training is nonexistent as well as lousy customer support.

This makes a great log book for many catering services etc.

Sorry but I want be using there services again. I was charged for a delivery that was taken to another house. When called about the service they said they had to do an investigation and ended up being they could do nothing after we sent video and all the information. Sorry Door Dash we won’t be coming back……

On April 19th I ordered from doordash I got my order was missing two items when I complained about it they said they would refund certain amount of it but it wasn't enough to cover the cost that I spent I tried calling my driver as soon as I noticed it but she would not answer the call I lost about $8 on the deal doordash doesn't care do not use them they will cheat you.

Created an account for my business and Ordered $50 worth of food and part of my order was missing. Reached out to DoorDash and was told that there was nothing they could do about my missing item. At this point I’ll just delete the account and not use the services again.
