"Door Dash stole $14.25 from me. My order included a $35 item that was never received. I called the restaurant & they did not refund the item or agree to run the missing item over. They told me reimbursement must come from Door Dash. I submitted the issue to Door Dash and they only reimbursed $20.75 for a $35 item. I am still owed money - $14.25"

"Dasher didn\u2019t follow instructions to get to my door, cancelled my order as he was talking to me- telling me he did not speak English. My double dash he left on the ground 4 blocks away! Customer service tells me it\u2019s my fault he called me, but he doesn\u2019t speak English. He cancelled my order as I watched! I had to pay a restocking fee for an order that was cancelled in front of my face. Customer Service questioned me because I texted him. Where is the beer, but he told me to text him because he doesn\u2019t speak English. I had no way to communicate. I have a picture of a location that I can show is blocks away from my house that he dropped it off on the ground, there\u2019s a door code to get into my building that I left, but he didn\u2019t try and when I tried to go downstairs, he drove away. I\u2019m now paying double for the same thing waiting twice as long and I paid a restocking fee."

“Today, I ordered from a fast food restaurant. The dasher delivered the wrong food ordered. I called DD, they denied my request to refund my money. I called the fast food restaurant and was told by the manager that my food was still there nearly 40 mins later. He told me he couldn’t refund my money and to call DD again. Again DD denied my request. I phoned DD again and asked why they weren’t refunding my money and could I give them the address and phone number of the fast food restaurant so they could verify that my food was never picked up by the dasher, and to look at the photo, the fast food restaurant uses brown paper bags and the photo was of a plastic white bag. I was so upset I started crying because of the insanity of talking to multiple DD members about refunding nearly twenty dollars. I do not like DD any longer as several of my orders from different restaurants have been wrong to no fault of mine. I don’t recommend DD and am very disappointed in how they’ve treated a valued customer. They have lost my business and respect.”

“The dashers steal drinks and DoorDash says since I’m having so many issues they would have to review my account to see if I’m eligible for a refund/credit. How is it my fault that I ordered meals and the dasher didn’t give me my drink. This has happened plenty of times. The last time after my order was delivered i immediately messaged the dasher asking them where my drink was and he said that the order didn’t mention a drink lol. I even sent him a screenshot of my receipt and he didn’t respond I’m sure he was busy trying to get to his next order. Then when you finally do get refunded they make you feel like you didn’t deserve to get your money back or you are hassling them.”

“I ordered on door dash and I ordered chicken & steak nachos with an order of cheese dip with chips and salsa. I didn't receive the chicken in my nachos and no cheese dip. Reported it and they declined to give a partial refund, so I decided to call the actual restaurant who stated doordash sent the order over with steak nachos and salsa and chips. So why did they charge me for something that's cost more when I could've paid for the cheaper price nachos and just chips and salsa.”

“Absolutely awful. I live in an apartment and DoorDash provides a way to locate. Despite having Geo located several times orders consistently do not arrive. What makes it worse is they say that they do and then it’s an hour plus till any sort of resolution through the help channel.”

“Never received all items from Little Caesar order. I received a text message that my Dasher, Teffiney, has confirmed that the order was handed to you. First of all, she rung the doorbell and sat my order in a chair. I walked out to try and get her attention, she looked, turned her head and got in her vehicle me and drove off. I texted the number provided to inform her that I never received my 2 liter Pepsi that was also ordered. No response from the driver.”

“I’ve had so many issues with DoorDash. I deleted my account. I recently placed an order and the dasher placed my order at the wrong door. Not, only that he placed it on the ground. Which is very unsanitary . I called and had a received bad experience with customer service and was informed they have to review my complaint and get back to me. The brings half of my order back, but left it on the dirty ass ground, again. I’m very dissatisfied.”

“Absolutely awful. The customer service is atrocious, and the delivery drivers are untrustworthy. Despite my previous bad experiences, I foolishly placed another order today. Regrettably, my suspicions were confirmed when a dasher named Lauren, whom I've never had before, turned out to be a thief just like a previous dasher named Michelle. Despite my concerns, DoorDash insisted I wait for the delivery. Predictably, Lauren never showed up, just like Michelle before her. This isn't the first time this has happened; I had the same ordeal with Michelle a few days ago. After wasting hours on the phone, DoorDash reluctantly agreed to credit me, but today they refused. Frustrated and fed up, I've decided to delete my DoorDash account altogether. Beware of DoorDash – they're a nightmare to deal with. I recommend using the restaurant's website directly or other delivery services like Grubhub or Uber Eats. My experience with DoorDash has been nothing short of hellish.”

“As we were able to track our dasher tonight we can see our dasher sat somewhere for 30 minutes when they finally delivered the order they only give us a soda and one of the items it looks like they ate the rest of our items when we called DoorDash to express our concern they would not provide any type of credit so we end up having to contact our credit card company. This is a joke we will never use this service again.”

“Never again! I ordered from a restaurant, EVEN paid express and yet, I NEVER received my order. I ended up getting TWO dashers, one ended up DRIVING the opposite direction and then had another dasher come. They didn’t tell me anything about waiting or such. Cancelled the order. Just to be told that the dasher confirmed having my food. Clearly, it was past the time and I never received my food. What’s the whole point of having DoorDash pass, paying express and then, never receiving the food. I’m over this. The restaurants and dashers always take my food or give me the wrong food or my food is always cold. I’m done with DoorDash after giving them multiple shots. I also talked to 2 agents on chat support. One told me I would also get an email an hour after being reviewed, no email or anything! Then the second one came and she wanted to close the chat. She NEVER resolved my issue and just closed the chat. Never again will I order from DoorDash, they clearly disappoint me time and time again. DoorDash is just getting worse and worse, I hope they shut down.”

“Update from my review from yesterday April 1, 2024 today is April 2, 2024. Merely an hour or two after I posted my review I got this letter email stating that I had earned top Dasher for the month of March OK so I was scheduled again today eight to one. Go to sign on promotion 22 is unavailable. OK sign on 2 1/2 hours later. I’ve only done $21 but yet I’m supposed to be making, money from the top offers is that’s the top offers they have in business is really hurting. After reviewing all customer reviews, I understand their frustration truly I do I hope the customers can understand the aggravation that drivers are going through particularly the ones who do take pride in their work , I signed off since it was so slow thinking I’m gonna be able to turn back on when I wanted to know the system still says I have to schedule so they lied once again . Maybe they turned off my top Dasher after they received my review I don’t know, but if so, that’s retaliation we’re in America and we do have the freedom of speech.”

“Horrible experience food is always cold because your dasher is delivering one than one order they don’t give you the option of getting your food cold because the dasher has multiple orders any change the time are you multiple times so it seems like your food has arrived on time but which it did it did you change the time that it would arrive so it seems like it will be on time and the whole time is not if that makes sense I screenshot it, and then sent them photos of them changing the time and they completely ignored that I sent them that they already have extra fees more than the regular restaurants and you still have to get your food cold and not one time”

Bs answers, not answering my questions. No one is giving me any response to what is going on. Says complete twice, then restart to looking for dasher.”

“Horrible experience. My daughter ordered from Jack in The Box and Taco Bell was delivered. After we called to advise the order was wrong, provided receipts as well as photos they declined a refund and advised that they can only refund so many orders. The order was clearly wrong and we provided proof of that. So we can receive an incorrect order 10 times on your companies behalf but you will only honor refunding two of them because you have a limit. If your company messed up its your responsibility to right your wrong. Horrible business and we will no longer be using your service.”

“I’m trying to download the picture but I spoke with the representative who stated that they had up to 3 days to give you your money back for orders they messed up on but that’s a lie I literally went and read and basically it states they are being nice by refunding your money when they messed up your order one guy stated next time I call I may not be so lucky to get my money back door dash sucks. Not to mention I sent pictures the same day for the orders on my kids and they stated they never received the pictures If you do order door dash again please take a picture but still screenshot from your phone. “I will never shop with DoorDash ever again this company is scammers and they could care less about customers. I’ve had to call and report a Dasher, also missing items . They never got back with me on that issue. My food has been missing twice. They declined my refund request making me pay for food that was not even there on top of it customer service representatives use fake names with fake reference numbers and tell you they will contact you in a few hours. It has been going on week number 3!! still no contact! I spoke with no one! I’ve been asking to speak with a supervisor since day 1 , I am so over DoorDash and the stress they have caused me! I will shop with Uber eats or anywhere else besides DoorDash!!! everyone beware of this company. !!!”

“This place they’re crooks they will steal from you. We ordered food and put the wrong address that was like four buildings up. The driver never called door Dash sent an email or anything it was a $41 purchase. We never received the food and all they did was give us a $10 credit on DoorDash. I spoke to the lady on the phone. She refused to help me. She was very ignorant and said that we will not be refunding our money. If you can do anything, please do not use DoorDash stay clear this place they have a 1.3 review for a reason keep your money go to another Uber eats or something do not use DoorDash they are crooks.”

“I ordered New Whey protein 60g/12g BCAAs. They delivered very cheap old version of it with 30g protein/6g BCAAs. I filed a wrong item delivered request, which was denied immediately. I spoked twice with a company representative. They told me that appeal was also denied, because original request was denied. This was my first and last time I used DoorDash. Never ever recommend it to somebody! As soon as they get your money, they do not care about you. They have my money and I stuck with a product I do not need! Please, look at the attached pictures.”
