Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a gift card for a family members birthday but accidentally left a symbol out of the email address. I messaged them early on the morning the gift card was due to be sent and was told it had been passed onto the gift card team and I should get a reply within 5 working days when I didn’t get a response I emailed again and was told it had been passed over to the gift card team again and I would get a reply within 72hrs I still heard nothing so again I emailed and was then told I should wait 10 working days and so 19 days - 14 working days later since it was first passed over and I still haven’t received any emails from the gift card team. The problem is you get a different customer service advisor every time you email them and each one just tries to fob you off It’s absolutely appalling I would never buy anything from Dorothy Perkins again and will continue to email every day now until this gets resolved

Awful customer service. Ordered 2 items for next day delivery. Courier did not attempt or deliver items. No escalation or reassurance my order would be in time for my holiday. 5 days later still no items I'm now on holiday, very disappointed. Not taken seriously by customer services despite emailing with evidence of emails from courier. Simply false promises as unable to deliver items next day when ordered before 10pm, or even in the same week!

Last night put tunic in basket at reduced price. When ready to arrange delivery 7 hrs later, it had been taken out of my basket(something that's not happened before) and price had increased by £10!!. Standards have dropped in last few months.

I ordered three pairs of Frankie jeans all size 12 in three different colours, what they sent were one pair size 12 as requested, one pair size 10r and the final pair size 8l. Tried to respond via the customer service but they are having trouble with the Webb site. I won’t be using them again.

They sent me a wrong item. I ordered a fur coat and got size 9 tennis shoes (I am size 5). Also, the coat that I really wanted is no longer available in my size. So disappointed.

How difficult is it to fulfil an order when you have provided all the information. Not only did they send the wrong size twice but they also sent out the same incorrect size twice. Two trips to the post office to return items my order they couldn't get right is enough for me. They are totally incompetent and I expect this will lead to them going under anytime shortly.

Since being bought out, Tall range is no longer suitable if you're tall. Their tops are just standard length. Very disappointed.

I placed three orders with them. The first one, a skirt, got to me without problems. Second one, was returned to them without even being noticed by the courier. They said I will receive a refund. Did not receive anything yet. The third order was a blouse. They refunded a day after I placed the order, without even sending it. And they did not even refund the shipping costs. Maybe the clothes look nice, but the service is extremely BAD. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Really bad stuff. Bought a coat from them within a week, the stitching started to lose, got really fuzzy, and lint. The brand refused a refund. Please don't spend your money here

So ordered and paid for next day delivery and 2 days later still not arrived and tracking says as mail centre for a whole day - not going to bother with DP anymore when I can get other items from Amazon and Shein/Etsy straight away 😣

Terrible service. Won't be buying from them again. Sent the wrong order out to me. Two weeks later after returning the order I'm still awaiting a refund. No one takes any responsibility or responds to messages.

Bought few items but had to return as it was very poor quality. It says full refund but they deducted £7.59 without any reason. I emailed them so many times but it's been more than 4 months and they didn't refund my money back. Would not buy anything again. Very poor service.

Ordered next day and haven't received my 3 items. Tried to track my order and said my order number not recognised. My email was post master undelivered and there is no phone number!

Paid for next delivery. Still waiting and item not arrived. When i track my order says order number not recognised. Thankfully item wasn't expensive which isnt the point. Im going to put it down to experiemce and never order from the theiving fraudsters again

After chasing my refund through Twitter, Facebook AND Trustpilot, i was offered an insufficent refund, then chasing again and threatening to take it further with alot of other customers i was told today i will get my outstanding refund of £11.68 by 2nd Sept, then an hour later i get an email stating my refund of £1.69 is being processed!!! After tweeting DP again - im told 'typo error' No one to email or call so you can only go through twitter to even get a reply - when they bother too and then its always the same reply! No faith in this company now or Bohoo or who ever owns it now. Like others i think will take it further and via the media.

Only given part refund...been chasing for 3 weeks...keep saying check with bank... absolutely disgusting....had to make a dispute with credit card company as they also using delaying tactics...NEVER AGAIN!

This used to be a great site for petite clothing. Ever since the takeover from Boohoo, clothing sizes are awful, photo's and descriptions not accurate and the returns process is a complete headache! Still waiting for my refunds to be processed and customer service not really interested. Will not order from this site again!

Returned an item 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. All messages to customer service via Facebook Twitter or email have been ignored. Such a shame as it used to always be great service but will never use again.
