Declined my return request as they said it’s over 28 days now and according to the refund policy they can’t do it for me.

please do not order from this site. i wish I had read the reviews but just presumed it was the same Dorothy Perkins I had always shopped at. There is no one to contact regarding your order. You do not receive your refund. A very costly lesson learnt. Judging by all the reviews with similar complaints I have little faith of a refund.

Firstly my order was delivered to the wrong address because the address was cut off where the house number was. So had to chase this up with the post office. I sent for 4 items, returned 3 and only got a refund for 2. I have E mailed but have had no response. Very poor service, to say I’m disappointed is an under statement. No phone numbers for customer service which is very poor.

Delivery.Ordered the day before queens jubilee they accepted online next day delivery at £5.95 no mention it was impossible,i received my package 5 days later no refund on extra postage paid a total rip off.

Really bad stuff. Bought a coat from them within a week, the stitching started to lose, got really fuzzy, and lint. The brand refused a refund. Please don't spend your money here

Terrible service. Won't be buying from them again. Sent the wrong order out to me. Two weeks later after returning the order I'm still awaiting a refund. No one takes any responsibility or responds to messages.

Been going around a circle with an agent when they bother to reply regarding a refund. Such bad service won’t buy again!!!!!

Bought few items but had to return as it was very poor quality. It says full refund but they deducted £7.59 without any reason. I emailed them so many times but it's been more than 4 months and they didn't refund my money back. Would not buy anything again. Very poor service.
